I was very satisfied with the service I received from Hey Neighbor. Ron was very friendly and courteous, and he explained the problem and the solution clearly. He fixed the furnace in a timely manner and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs furnace repair or maintenance.

So we have the warranty through dominion for our furnace. We called Wednesday and y'all sent out Darnell he was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part, your office girl called and scheduled the appt right away. Darnell came back out today and I stalled the part. Again super professional, he called 15 min before he got here arrived on time and I stalled the part right away. He made sure the furnace worked right. I appreciate the business and professionalism from the appt setter to Darnell.
We need a tune up on the a/c and furnace. We will be calling in April for that ac tune up.

Darnell exceeded my expectations. As promised I recieved the call ahead to let me know he was on his way, then I left work. Explained the issue in detail and what was needed to fix my furnace. He arrived 48 hours later to install the part.quick replacement and my furnace is back up and running, no issues. I will definitely recommend Hey Neighbor to others as everyone from Scheduling to the Techs are kind, prompt and professional.
