I love it here no problems what so ever. Sequoia Court is a hidden quiet cul-de-sac. After 4 years, I can say my experience here with Shannon and management has been great. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The kitchen is super small, but its just me so it's workable.

Only been here a couple months, and im satisfied overall. Maintenance requests have been quick to respond and the admin during the application process was professional. There's only a couple minor things I would change, but its not unbearable.

It's a scam that get you for your application fee give you the run around change the availability of the apartments honestly I think they take everybody's application fee knowing somebody's already taking the apartment also income is well over the amount they acquire had the job for well over 11 years rented from homes 22 years then 4 years shows I'm a good rental take very good care of people's property they lead you on so they can collect the fee that's my opinion very unprofessional

Not satisfied. Inquired and submitted an early application for a townehome directly across the street from my job, which would have been perfect. Only to be denied after all the effort put forth with application process. Denied due to borderline income which was not stated as to before or after taxes. Also told their rent would be too much of a difference compared to where I currently live. I asked to use a cosigner as it was stated on application only to be told they don't allow cosigner. Just confused and heartbroken to think a company denies you based on what they think you can afford. Never missed a rent payment in life, pay early and on time. Never even asked about my current situation. I am just trying to live in a nicer place close to my job. If this is how apartment hunting is going to be, I'd rather be homeless. Because no tenant is alike. Felt a bit discriminated against. Very upsetting.

Response: No one stated anything along the lines of discrimination regarding race. The fact that I basically was told I couldn't afford something more than the amount I currently pay in rent at my current residence, was absurd. Not to mention I was told I could have a cosigner and later told you didn't accept them. The point is you can't fully know a person based on an application alone. I wasn't even given the chance to explain my current situation. But all is well and ends well. Thanks for wasting my time and my money for application fee.

It's a miracle that businesses like this stay opened. Like who hires these people? Workers get paid to be rude. After speaking with one of the agents about an apartment I decided after talking to her that I will not ever rent from her. There's no way with an attitude like hers she would make commission and that's even if they make commission from renting units.
