Hi View Estates, Bethel OH

Have lived there for 3 years roads were terrible for a long time they just redid the main road and then it's going to be a 3-year to 4-year process to get all the roads done but the main road is redone now

Pot hole city they've got the money to fix it I've got friends who live there and Ben paying for years extra on rent to supposedly fix the holes but some scamming is going on

Horrible place to live.rates go up every year for everything!
Every year glen patches the potholes.and raises the rent? Every year!? And they come back.costing us to pay more.

Place always looks like trash.just drive threw it.don't have long in here bought a house to rehab can't wait to move out.least 3 overdoses week if not more.they write u up for the same violations the park itself is breaking.dirty place, soon I will be out and sell my trailer to scum!

I have lived here for 16 years. It is a great place for kids. However under the new management it is getting crowded.

I just moved in a week ago. So far i love this place. My home is more than i could have asked for. From the first call to see how i go about getting a place to getting my keys went very smooth. It did take a few months as i had to wait for someone to move out. Glen in the office is great! Potholes need fixed but other than that i am so happy that i moved into Hi View! (I rated 4 stars because of the potholes)

Terrible roads, if you like your tires tread lightly. So many rules its suffocating. So glad I don't live there! Will take picture sitting in pot hole soon.

My fiance's cousin and his family just bought a mobile home here. Beautiful mobile home and got a great deal! The mobile home park was very clean and peaceful.

All in all not a terrible place to live. With the exception of the roads in the park and the playground equipment. The pot holes will swallow a small car. On the fun side it's like a slalom every time you want to leave your house. But other than that it's a quiet community with lots of children.
