Nice website. But they never answer the phone. They are only open like 2 days a week. You are better off emailing them.

They didn't have any available Senior apartments, not even to go on a waiting list for any price range. There were only 3 apartments in the whole complex that were for my income bracket, of coarse they will probably never be available. So I guess some of the Hillsboro Ohio Senior housing apartments don't accommodate lower income brackets. I can only feel that they only had the 3 lower income bracket apartments to be able to qualify as a government subsidized housing. But are they genuinely concerned about Seniors? It's discouraging. Our country wonder's why so many Seniors live in their vehicles. I would do the same if I was still able to drive. Right now I am living in a RTO cabin, on rented property. I like it but my health issues aren't allowing me to live here safely. It's my only option.

I am very upset how this place has gone down hill! They raise there rent and still cannot get things maintenanced! My brother is handicap and elderly Mother lives there also their neighbors has issues but there porches are holse and cracks in them need fixed so they don't trip in them. Lots other issues after 17yr you think he be eligible for some new carpet or maintenance maybe need couple guys to work there!

Called twice a year apart got the same answer each time, 4 to 6 months waiting period with 50 people on waiting list, something fishy here

I don't have much to say about the place, good or bad. But is located in a good area, close to everything. So if you have not vehicle and you can get a job close to your apartment then is perfect.
