The air conditioning was a lie. All of my socks are in the machine, and I am sweating barefoot in my tennies.

Honestly the restroom is very clean. However, I wish there was a hook for my purse where one has clearly already broken off the door. Maybe the next one should be mounted to the wall.

But you lost an extra star because you did this with the toilet paper. This is an absolute no-no that I usually automatically give 1-star reviews for. I don’t know if this roll has fallen on the floor, do you? No, you don’t. There is no roll in the dispenser. I’ll just use the roll I keep in my purse. Which, by the way, is hanging on the door hinge.

It’s pretty clean for a laundromat, but these couple issues suck.

Like this laundry mat, it is very clean, and the workers are friendly. It can get really busy and people will move your thing.

We tried this laundromat and was pleasantly surprised! The laundromat is off Clairmont in Painesville.a little off the beaten track. I counted 26 Washers, 2 was out of order. There is 30 Dryers with 2 out of order as of our last visit. This laundromat has air conditioning on the Hot days! There is 1 Bill changer and 2 quarter machines. There was an attendant on duty to make change and fix machines. She was frequently seen cleaning! A brief electrical issue caused the power to go out on a previous visit while we were there. Our machines restarted when the power came back on without a problem! There are snack and beverage vending machines as well as a machine for laundry products. I didn't notice any All free and clear products but there were several empty slots. Separate Restrooms for Men and Women and they were reasonably clean. Why don't they mark both restrooms with Generic signage so either gender could use either one? When they have one out of order they put up a paper sign to use the other one anyway! I have been told quarters get 6 minutes on the dryers. I was able to get prices for the different washing machines on this trip. Maytag $2.50 (both out of order), Primus $3.25,30# $4.50,50# $5.75,60# $7.50,80# $9. My wife said she would not be afraid to use this location again. I noted several security cameras amongst the more modern machines and decor. I would say If you're looking for a laundromat this is probably the nicest one we have found in Painesville yet.

Great place as it only takes an hour to wash and dry and only cost 7.00 for a 50 pound load.

I really like this laundry mat. It's got all the amenities. Vending machines, clean bathrooms, coin exchange machines. The staff seem very nice and helpful. I have done my laundry a few times here and haven't had any problems. I really like the industrial size 30lbs. Washers and dryers. They help me with my large bedding. I'll keep doing my laundry here I think.

Lady that works Sunday mornings is very rude and watches you while you load and unload your clothes. Ver uncomfortable.

The drop-off service is excellent. I have been using the drop-off service for about a month and have no complaints.

A very nice drop off service where they wash, dry, fold and hang your clothes. And the bathroom was very clean too. All good.

I've been to this particular Laundromat 3 times recently it's a very nice place. Very clean decent prices they have different size washer and dryers. The dryer's are super fast drying clothes. Place is pretty busy when I've been there, but ive always found a washer & dryer available the Manager is on site and is very helpful.

Clean all the machines work good gets a little congested sometimes but overall good experience friendly people

The staff at Highlander are always so helpful. It's also one the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to.
