Highpoint On Columbus Commons

Highpoint on the Columbus Commons is great overall, the maintenance team is amazing and always does a timely job. The people on the office are very kind. We had a situation when people's packages were being stolen, and the office did a great job handling it.

I do have some complaints which Is why I gave four stars.

Complaint one, the ceilings are very thin and the people who live above others, especially floor 6, are very loud and disrespectful. You will hear them take every step, slam their doors and even move their chairs. I have complained to the office about this and was told that it is "regular apartment noise". I have lived in an apartment before and I have not had this problem. I sent in two complaints and also had calls with the office and was told they could not do anything. I was happy that they sent a letter to all of the residents, but that is not enough. When I have guests that sleep on my couch and they get awaken at 2am by people who live above me, it becomes very frustrating. My second complaint is just about the location and is more personal. The commons is owned by the city and not highpoint. There will be times when you cannot access the commons due to people renting it.
My biggest advice to people looking to live here is to look for a unit on the 6th floor in order to avoid loud people above you.

I don’t even know where to start! I’ve been at Highpoint for six months now and have loved every second of it! The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful, all very kind and helpful! Great place to live, highly highly recommend Highpoint!

I want to express my thanks for the maintenance team’s (specifically Daniel) prompt and effective response to repair the clogged hand sink and the slow rate of hot water supply in our apartment.
Firstly, their timely attention to the clogged hand sink ensured that a potentially inconvenient situation was swiftly resolved. The quick action prevented any disruption to our daily routines and ensured that the sink remained functional.
Secondly, their efforts in fixing the issue of slow hot water supply are greatly appreciated. It's evident that the Highpoint apartment management takes the comfort and convenience of residents seriously, as they worked diligently to improve the situation. Their commitment to ensuring that residents have access to essential amenities like hot water is noteworthy.

Hammond Russell came really early in the morning to fix an emergency issue in my apartment. He was very quick and had a positive energy even though it was so early. Really appreciated!

We stayed in an Airbnb here and it was a great experience. It’s right next to everything you need - tons of restaurants and shops. There’s also a lot of activity in the park right behind it, such as concerts and events. The only downside is that it can be loud if there’s an event going on at night. The pool and gym are really nice and don’t seem to ever be too crowded. The buildings also smell like Christmas somehow haha. I can only speak for the apartment we stayed in, but it was very nice inside! Luxury for sure.

Russell is 100% a rock to this community. Above and beyond! I thought I had thrown away very important documents, took me to dumpster, helped me pull out bag after bag. I accidentally cut my hand and even offered to drive me to urgent care! He has come after hours. Commits to assuring residents are treated like gold! Better than any community I've lived at! 5 stars and then some

They tried tweaking the ice maker first, then came back a second time & replaced it. The screen door is fixed. We have the best & courteous maintenance team!

Living at Highpoint on Columbus Commons has been an absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professionals is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality, service and support. My family and I have lived here for 3+ years and when any issue arises (i.e, clogged sinks, broken dishwasher, toilet not flushing, car broken into), they are fixed in a timely manner (either the same day, or within 24 hours)! Kristy (property manager), Russell (maintenance supervisor) and Daniel (maintenance worker) continually exceeds our expectations! They are extremely friendly (always interacts with our children), patient (doesn’t get mad or make us feel bad for putting in maintenance requests), and trustworthy (I trust them in my apartment to fix things when we are not home). I cannot recommend Highpoint on Columbus Commons highly enough. Our stress level has decreased tremendously living here - if anything comes up, we know it will be taken care of!

A grate place to live very nice ppl and the maintenance staff is wonderful and the maintenance guy Russell is soooo sweet and very helpful

Daniel always responds very quickly and efficiently! He is simply awesome! He is always kind and professional.

Very efficient and professional staff to correct the issue. By the time I got home in the afternoon it was all fixed. Lucky to have such experienced people on staff.

Awesome apartment and facilities. I am so happy I moved in here. I want all of my friends to come by and see what a great place this is.

I lived at High Point on Columbus Commons for three years and really I loved living there.
