I showed up 24hours early because of a miss communication by the broker. They took care of it and had me empty and back on the road in less than 4 hours. The young man at the check in was vary nice and helpful! Thanks yall wish more places treated drivers like you. Also some street parking.

First of all This place is a trash meaning NO SAFETY at all and the workers drives through the grass because they can’t wait when drivers are backing up. Also Make sure you bring your own check such as EFS, Comcheck etc because they don’t provide you one for lumper fee which I already had. Second of all the unloader has broke/ bend my load lock because he don’t know how to take the load locks off so he forcefully pulled it off and broke it and when I talk to their supervisor RAY, he comes and tells me they are not responsible for breaking it because we suppose to take it off before they unload us which i did take two load locks out because I had 4 load locks in total and I used 2 to secure their product, QUOTE SECURE and took 2 off before backing into the dock but when I’m getting unloaded and backing into their dock, how in the world I or any one would take the load locks out when that’s the only thing which secures the loads/ their product from falling so how safety is their first priority when the answer is irresponsible and the funny part is, it’s coming from the supervisor named Ray though. Never again … it’s not about one load lock or money to buy load locks, it’s just about what is RIGHT and WRONG.
The on-call guy in shipping and receiving is texting at work when drivers are waiting and on e-logs. That should tell us, very unprofessional and irresponsible workers. Still waiting on the paperwork after unloading was done fast but they went on the lunch break after they unload me to hold my paperwork. Seems like they treat drivers differently here depending on where you come from.

You park and call the number in the sign wait for a door very quickly nice person in Sunday easy parking and dock. Have lumper in my case have a check general nice place have clean restroom and coffee for a drivers thanks for that in this days no body care about drivers.

Worst customer service. Worst Will Call experience. Employees act like they own the company and there is no one to complain to. Would rather go to restaurant depot instead of going to their Will Call.
