Hilliard Close To Home Center with Urgent Care reviews
20I could not have asked for better service, from the front desk staff to the suture tech. Facility is very clean, staff is knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. I hope to never have to go back but if we do this will be my first stop.
My son hurt himself playing football. As if this year can’t get ANY worse. But man, I’m almost glad he did. The staff was quick. Efficient. We were completely taken care of in literally one hour. Granted, wasn’t super busy, but it didn’t seem like their first rodeo. I have never been so impressed by medical staff. So, the crew working 9/1/20, at 8 p.m. Thank you for being amazing. Thank you for being safe and clean and comprehensive in the care you gave us. EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. I encountered was outstanding. Thank you for acting like you wanted to be there with me on Tuesday night. Thank you for representing what level of care Children’s is nationally known for. They all deserve raises. 100% would recommend.
Do not come here if you hurt your leg.the crutches alone are 150 bucks, the air cast is 120 bucks and they get an attitude when you can’t walk because your leg is hurt. So. The front office people were awesome! They were super friendly and helpful. Once I got in the back though, everyone was condescending and less than helpful. Only come here if you really really need to. They do have xrays but be prepared to pay huge bills (please note other places using the same insurance have NEVER had this requirement) overall it’s okay in an emergency (they are open later than most urgent cares) but id go over to the urgent care near Nike Rd in Hilliard instead of this one. They are nice, caring, provide reasonable services and supplies.
I have been here multiple times with all four of my kiddos and everytime has been nothing short of wonderful. Nobody wants to be at Urgent Care but at least at this location, you get in and out in a timely manner, yet, you are not treated like just a number and receive quality care. The entire staff was wonderful even if they themselves were overwhelmed. It has never been busy whenever I went. The longest I have ever waited in lobby was 15 min.
We have been here twice. Everyone is so nice and competent. We won’t take our kids anywhere else. I highly recommended this office.
We had to head to urgent care for croup/stridor with our 6-month-old. The staff was truly amazing and made our experience much better. Everyone from the lady who checked us in as new patients to the nurse to the doctor were kind, quick, comforting, knowledgable and patient. I hope we don't have to go back soon, but I can't say enough about the staff.
We arrived at 5: 45pm on a Friday night. The waiting room was empty. There were 4 receptions waiting to serve us. Despite that, it took 25 minutes to do a simple registration. When you’re dealing with a sick or injured child, this amount of registration time is unacceptable.
This is a Children's Hospital Urgent Care.
The staff here are just as amazing as the regular hospital staff. We've been twice and just can't say enough nice things. The staff is efficient, compassionate, well trained, and very friendly working in a clean, will-equipped, modern facility.
I take my son there. That's the best recommendation I can think of.
The staff and care at this facility is amazing! Everyone is so polite and courteous from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out.
I don’t usually write a review or give my opinion about a place but I am tonight. Nation wide children’s urgent care is awesome! I went there tonight for my LO. They checked us in very quickly and got us back in about 45 min or so. As they were getting My LOs vitals one of the ladies blew bubbles for my LO to make him happy! He loved it! Giggles galore! He hasn’t giggled like that in days. They gave him some Tylenol to help with his fever. The lady helped me carry all of my things. Which was so nice! The nurse practitioner arrived at the room so quickly. She examined him in my lap which made him happy. She tested him for strep and the flu, which came back negative thank god. While we were waiting on the results he fell asleep. She turned the lights off for him she was very informative and cared about everything I seemed concerned about. Before we left she checked his temp to make sure it had went down (100 even). I guess I’m just not used to a doctor actually caring about what I have to say and how also they are with my children. I’ve been to many many doctors and no one has been as awesome as these people were tonight. Even in my sweat pants and messy hair all pinned up they still cared
The best close to home center ever good services doctors and the nurses close to home and urgent care
Sitting here at the doctors chamber for last 90 minutes now.no sign of the doctor yet.i guess that draws a picture of the service of this place.
Great staff. They make my kids better and that is all i care about better then there own doctor.
No urgent care until 3? What's the point in even having an office? They want you to go to your pediatrician (good luck getting an appointment) Other option is to go downtown and wait 3 hours to be seen. Seriously? Who thought it would be a good idea to open ONE urgent care center during the day in a metropolitan area of almost 2 million people.
I am completely dumbfounded by these hours. Makes ZERO sense.
This is the worst place to go if you need urgent care. My wife and i waited over 2 hour for them to see 3 people ahead of us and then took two people who had appointments back before us who had been sitting there waiting the whole time with our two small children. This place doesn't care about there patients. If you do go to this place you better not need urgent care cause you will bleed out and die before they see you!
We always get seen very quickly. The most we've waited is probably 15 minutes. The staff and doctors are very helpful and polite. Way better than the Dublin one. We drive the extra time just to go here verses the Dublin one. Definitely recommend this one.
I love this Urgent Care facility. We are always seenice very quickly. We have 6 children and each time I have gone I have had at least 5 of them with me. The nurses and doctors were so nice and interacted with each of my kids and were beyond patient with my rowdy bunch. It's stressful taking a bunch of kids to a place like this for one sick/injured child but they are very accommodating, understanding and patient. I highly recommend this facility.
Service has always been good. If they had morning hours I would give them five stars. The irregular hours really are difficult for parents and force a lot of us to use other urgent care centers.
I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner who was very kind and friendly with my child. She was very knowledgable and very attentive to my concerns.
VERY unhappy with my Urgent Care experience at Children’s Hilliard. Brought my child in for stomach pains & 102 temp. Waited for 3 hrs.to see a doctor which really was no surprise. Met with LaKeisha S. Simmons who is a CPNP-AC. She ignored all of our concerns and treated us like over protective parents. Wrote us up for a respiratory issue & sent us on our way without as much as prescription or even telling us she was done with the exam and we could go. We left no better than we came in except for being a little more poor. Took our child to his regular doctor the next morning who immediate sent him to Children’s Hospital for an ultrasound. My child was immediately then sent in to emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix. As far as I’m concerned LaKeisha Simmons should be out of a job.
