Hilliard Food Pantry Plus

Please better organize the early arrival of people who are going to get food. Because there are people who arrive early or wait more than 45 minutes to enter and when they open to line up for cars. There are people who have arrived 5 minutes after arriving. They enter first than the people who have been waiting for more than 45 minutes, please respect and organization. Thank you.

A very nice food pantry they have a whole bunch of stuff I never expected to have the opportunity to pick thru the staff was very nice they helped with everything because it was our first time going this is definitely a place I will go time and time again they are great

Helps so much with our grocery cost. We'll organized and people are friendly and helpful.

Staff is great. Kind of chaotic because it's in a different location because of the fire.
Still very happy it's here to help when needed.

For them having gone through a fire and picking up the pieces and going to another church to do the pantry, with a smile on their faces and moving forward is amazing they are wonder people

All the staff are friendly, except one woman at reception, so rude and provocative, she accused me that I took the kids supply last time, and I have not taken any supplies before and I told her I'm not, she keeps accused me

I went to this pantry yesterday and loved the set up, they were also very friendly. However they told us that we weren't in their zip codes zone, even though 43016 is listed as accepted on Freshtrak AND at their front desk. I'm taking off a star for not being accurate with their information

They openly discriminate against those actually need it ie if you’re homeless. They openly played the were a private organization card and don’t have to serve you card because my address did not match what was in 211system. This was after I explained I am in between housing and have not had any trouble with other pantries when I explained this as well. They were embarrassing and honestly disgusting. I don’t have to prove myself to a snotty food pantry the years of working 70 hour weeks, and building myself up from nothing stand for itself. I also have donated to people in need out of my own pocket, as everyone should do. We’re not special for helping others. We have an obligation to help each other everyday in this world. That’s what we’re here for. Thanks for being an absolutely terrible image of what poor people should be treated like. Disgusting.

I had a pallet of fresh eggs that were over on shipment and I was able to donate there and they issued receipt. Plenty of room to get semi in and they will unload items for you. Great people.

Gives everyone same amounts of things no matter if there is one or five people in your family

Whenever I need food to make it through the month the Hilliard pantry is a great resource. Everyone is very friendly and they help you with so much! I highly recommend going here if your in Hilliard and in need. Don’t be ashamed they are very nice and will welcome you with open arms. Best of luck

Everyone at the pantry is very kind and helpful. And, they are full of smiles! The pantry is run very efficiently. They give you a lot of healthy items.
