Dali, who works the front desk is absolutely amazing. Everytime we talked about the hotel we always have to mention Dali! She went above and beyond with every interaction. Breakfast staff was also kind and welcoming.

Please don’t waste your time or money. We used this hotel for our wedding block. We told Ron well enough in advance that we needed enough rooms (at least 10, likely 15-20) to accommodate our wedding guests, of which at least 50% were expected to travel in from out of town. A week before our block expired, we had guests complaining that the rooms were sold out and the new rate was almost 2X the promised rate. Ron told us that the rooms were sold out, despite showing that there were still rooms available online, and that we had only agreed on 5 rooms guaranteed. After complaining to corporate, 8 rooms were *magically* made available for our room block. For reference, we are aware that our guests booked at least 14 rooms here. Some chose to stay elsewhere after the confusion with room rate and availability.

Fast forward to our wedding weekend. Ron didn’t acknowledge us at check in. We previously reserved a king suite as part of our room block agreement. Given the experience so far, we were not surprised to be put in a room with an excellent view (sarcasm). The floors were disgusting and sticky upon arrival. After noticing the bottoms of my feet were turning black from walking around, my husband ‘mopped’ the entire floor with one of the white towels, which then turned black as well. Photo is after rinsing it out once and mopping a second round.

The icing on the cake was when one of our guests informed us that upon check in, he was told there were only two rooms available, one of which was on our floor - but the man at the front desk specifically told him “he didn’t want to be on our floor because it was ‘the dog house’. ” I can only presume he was referring to it as such because most of our wedding block was staying on that floor. I can assure you we were not loud or partying or giving any other reason to refer to us the “dog house”, other than the fact we had a prior disagreement over the room block. All of our wedding guests at the hotel were 30-75+ years old, so it’s not like we were a bunch of young college kids.

We almost always do business with Hilton when traveling, but it will sure never be this hotel. I wish we would have canceled and moved all of our guests somewhere else.

Midweek business trip accommodations. The service was great. The rooms are nice. Some of the rooms overlook the highway. Located adjacent to a rehabilitation center. Less than a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores, gasoline. Close to highway making a commute to Downtown Cincinnati easy. Full bar located in the lobby.

This place is horrible they gave me a room I didn't reserve then made you pay for breakfast. And it was a hilton. I will pay for a different place when I go back to cincinnati

Outstanding service with a newer more modern hotel design. Only a 8-10 drive from downtown Cincinnati. Near the Cincinnati Zoo, UC, Xavier, and many of the hospital’s and medical centers

Rooms were nice. Front desk was ok. The breakfast voucher thing was weird and confusing. First time at a Hilton garden inn I usually stay with hampton inn. I prefer the Hampton brand.

The pool was had green algae all over. For a indoor pool I was so excited to use. It was so gross. It was in little spots it was the stairs the floor the outline where the floor and wall meet. Two of my lights in my room didn’t work right. Bed was the most uncomfortable bedI have ever slept in. The bartender was amazing. He didn’t have the ingredients to make me the drink I ordered. He tired to find strawberries to make it for it and they were out. I picked something else no biggie. I am still baffled about the prices for breakfast! For a Hilton hotel I was honestly disappointed. I have lived and learned. Definitely need to a lot more research when picking a hotel. Everyone’s great stars had me fooled. Location was great.

Clean facility. Wonderful location. Horrible parking.

Staff member was very rude to me. Assumed I could not afford the stay and treated me like trash! Will not book again.

If you care about your family don’t stay here. I spent over five hours trying to cancel my reservation here during a family emergency. I talked to at least four employees, corporate and their services online. I was met with constant run around and never received an email or any confirmation of anything. After my final conversation with a gentleman confirming I wouldnt be charged and he apologized, I was still charged. The amount of time and effort put into this cancellation during an already emotional and stressful time has put a bad taste in my mouth. As a Hilton honors member I am extremely disappointed and now see that Hilton does not care about people what so ever and only worries about collecting their money. Life happens and a little kindness would have been greatly appreciated.

Steven and Montoya that work the restaurant during the evenings are excellent. Great people with awesome service. I would eat at the restaurant just to chat and enjoy these two very cool people. All the staff were top notch!

Newer, mostly clean location. Only issues. Room cleanser smell was VERY strong when we checked in. Had to run the AC at 66 to circulate the air out.

Keurig was moldy.

Staff was very friendly. One night stay while visiting family in nearby medical facility.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel.
Not sure if it’s how the hotel is ran or just Ohio, but dang.
Checked in early and the woman at the front desk seemed so bothered to stop what she was doing and check me in. Gave me a super rushed informational spill about the hotel, breakfast, wifi, but talked so fast and annoyed that I couldn’t even understand her.
Couldn’t get any assistance in the breakfast area in the AM so I left and went to first watch down the street.
Later, I asked for a receipt at the front desk and they made a big deal about me needing a receipt and asked why I didn’t say anything earlier (I said I needed a receipt as I swiped my card, which is totally normal). After waiting and waiting and them giving me reasons why I couldn’t get one, I just gave up.

Bathroom door jammed if fully closed. Shower door would not stay shut. Room smelled of sour fabric.

This was all fine except that the ice machine was not working. They were waiting for parts. But it was July, so hot outside.

Stayed here while in town busing family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be staying here next time we’re in town.
