Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Northeast, Loveland OH

We were having a new paver stone patio installed and we were without air conditioning for three days. By the third day, I called at the last minute to book a King Bed room and they were able to accommodate us right away.
They were great and very convenient!

They must have rented the room above us to a herd of cattel. Up all night. Then in the morning had dog's barking in the hallway.

Nice place to stay I enjoyed being there. That said, there are currently still some limitations on services available due to covid restrictions.

OK - except if you need a handicapped room. No roll-in shower. Handicapped room is at far end of the hallway - far away from elevator. Many complaints from customers but no action over the years. Stay at Garden Inn in Mason instead (about 10 miles West).

Recently renovated rooms in very nice condition. Friendly and courteous staff. Very comfortable with the stay amid the pandemic. Good value for the room. Easy access to the Interstate.

This was a beautiful Hilton to stay at. I had an issue that occurred during my stay and they handled it wonderfully. Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were sanitized (and mark according w/Lysol tags). It was my first hotel stay during Covid outbreak and I was pleased. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area. Thank you all and stay safe!

I actually loved it. It was a lot different from some of the ones I normally go to. I'm hotel advisor. It had a great lay out and set up the shower is lovely and the paint in there makes you feel right at home. Half if the room is a little old fashion but who doesn't like a little bit of that.and For everyone who likes new school the other half is great for that. You have your own little desk if your on a busy trip.

With the hotels being shut down lately they're not cooking anything for breakfast so you get a grab bag

Beautiful property, rooms were immaculate, tv was huge, bed was comfy and pillows were the best. Would give 5* if the front desk was more friendly in terms of greeting guests when they come in and leave. But overall this place was great.

Great service. The housekeepers were awesome! We (my mom and I) had a few issues on our end and they were so accommodating. Definitely going to be back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful up front. Just include a breakfast and i brought stuff.to fix in the micowave but we had no.microwave in our room and also the housekeepers forget to leave you stuff that you for sure need.

-poor customer service just checking in (from bartender guy: the same guy we had problems with before!) (he also wouldn't tell us how many loyalty points we'd be getting without AAA discount)

-the ONLY evevator they have will be out for maintenance tomorrow

-2 rooms we looked at smelled like it had been smoked in /musty (not good if you have asthma like I do)

This was my 4th time staying at this hotel. Always a great stay! Very clean rooms, extra friendly staff. We even received a phone call when we left some personal belongings in the room after checkout. Highly recommended!

One of the best stay away from home that I've experienced. Every request was not only met but exceeded. The best customer service I've had at any hotel. Went above and beyond my expectations. Thank You for a great experience, the rugby team I brought along also had a great time in the pool area.

As with most garden inns, this one has a lovely restaurant/bar. What makes this hotel stand out to me is the gym; it's better equipped with a cable machine, rather than just the standard dumb bells.

Very nice and though close to interstate, rooms are very quiet. Very clean and the breakfast was delicious - make sure you get the eggs to order.

Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy in terms of decor, but everything was just right. Room service was tasty, as was breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'd be happy to stay here again

This hotel is decent. Comparing to other hotels within 5 miles radius, this is probably the best you can get. A lot of times sold out. Have a good breakfast and good coffee.
