Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris

Not a bad hotel by any means. The trip was spoiled a little, though. The whole reason we went was just a night out with a pool/hot tub. However, the rather small pool was completely filled with screaming and splashing kids all the way till it closed. I would really recommend a couple hours of 18 and up at the end of the night to accommodate everyone.

Very nice and. 50cent wings were great! The cook remember my name and was food fresh. Make sure put Do Not Disturb sign on door otherwise housekeeping will be in your room about 10: 45 even tho checkout is not until Noon.

I left a pair of earrings on the counter in our room. On our way home I called the hotel to tell them and to get them back. I was told the housekeeping staff did not find them! I told Colin exactly where I left them and he said his executive housekeeper looked and did not find them. It was the first pair of gold hoop earrings I have ever had so they were very sentimental to me. Housekeeping stole my earrings. We stayed at Hilton because of the reputation and I thought they would have good employees but will never stay again. We even left a nice tip which I know most people don't do anymore. They texted during our stay and wanted a higher rating-I'm glad I didn't give one.

Well I guess it depends on who’s working the day of the stay that will determine how your stay goes. If that makes since. Some rude some not I guess. I have only encountered the rude since I’m not staying again but to each it’s own good luck. Oh and bugs, bugs, bugs!

We stayed for 4 nights and we had no problems. The rooms are decent and clean, good service. Close to everything. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms and linens were clean and we'll furnished. But they charge an extra $10 per person, per day for breakfast, when competition has it as complimentary.

It's ok but felt like I could have got more for what I paid. Room was clean, comfort and modern though.

Location was good - close to lots of restaurants and bars and shops. Also the walk in shower was really nice!

Very clean and inviting hotel. Be careful and the breakfast cost. We thought it was part of the room feed. Found out it was additional cost. And for that 11 dollars we went to McDonald's and had a full meal. Good workout room. And nice pool.

Very nice rooms, great staff. It reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is that the floor (not inside the rooms) felt muggy.

Just spent the night here. Nice clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, close to resturants and the highway

The bartender was very nice and friendly! The cleaning staff did a great job every day, the rooms were nice and clean. Nice TV in the room with available HDMI ports for a gaming system if you want to bring one. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of channels to choose from lm the TV.

The hotel was in a good location for me. It is right off of 71 and near the place I needed to be. You have to pay for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great. The workout room had to treadmills and an elliptical. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but the bed was nice

Excellent, building is new and about as much as you could ask for. Multiple places to eat within walking distance.

Very clean, nice pool. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They have a list of every eatery in the area.

Nice clean hotel, however I did have some hot water issues in the morning when showering. Also, beware a breakfast is not included in your stay.

Everything was really great. Dinner could of been a little better. The steak was excellent though
