I have been going here for about 5plus years now. The staff is friendly the building is clean.

I went to Hires dental today for my first appointment and I must say it was really great. The young lady that took care of me “ Lacy “ was very professional and listened to me about my issues. She did an excellent job with me and Dr. Kahn was also very professional new exactly what I needed to fix my dental issues. The entire staff is very professional and kind. I for sure will be a long repeat customer. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great experience with very high professionalism.

I had an appointment to have my temporary tooth re-inserted. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my permanent tooth came in early and the dentist was able to insert it immediately.

Fast service and everyone was so friendly. My kids are much more comfortable going here than the pediatric dentist. The staff and dentists are exceptional!

Used to be wonderful! Turn over rate is high for doctors and staff which is sad but still a decent place to go!

I love my dentist! I drive from another state to Hires Dental because my dentist and her staff are phenomenal! Like many people, I have some dental anxiety but that has improved so much since switching to Hires! Dr. Yaya and team are professional, caring, and make each patient feel comfortable and cared about. Jessie goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. She is amazing! You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. Lexi is friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a relief when she is on the case. It is always a pleasure for me to refer my family and friends to Hires.

The staff has always been great. The hygienist, dental assistants, dentist's and office staff are always friendly and professional. You all make Hires Dental #1.

Their hours are very flexible with my work schedule because they have later evening appointments.

Everyone in the office is fantastic! They are all so kind and always go out their way for their patients.

“Can’t afford our prices? No problem! Our front desk is more than happy to sell you a credit card. ” You really need to do some soul searching and think about how messed up that is.

I’m so sad to say, the practice is not what it used to be. The front desk staff is always great, but I don’t feel as if the doctors and hygienists work as a team and the practice vibe is just off. I just had a cavity filled after losing my insurance and chose to be self pay at Hires, because I have been a patient for many years. I was bummed when the doctor entered the room and didn’t even take the time to introduce himself or speak to me for that matter. He also treated the hygienist poorly and she seemed uncomfortable in his presence. A smile and some kind words go a long way for someone that already has anxiety at the dentist.
I was also very surprised to notice how dirty the room was. The floor was filthy and the equipment is starting to look dirty and old.
Establishing a relationship with a dental team is huge to me and I feel like Hires continues to go downhill. Without insurance, I don’t feel like it is worth the money to return as a self-pay patient.

Very disappointing! Two days before my scheduled appointment and I took off of work, they call and say the hygienist no longer works for their practice and it’s 3 month out! I’m sorry things happen but that’s not my fault! Would never go back to them! Not professional at all!

I’ve had 5, maybe 6 fillings from Dr Handa in the last 2 years. Out of those, 2 had to have root canals within weeks due to intense pain from them being too deep (and one air pocket admitted by a former staff member), and one (that I received 6ish months ago) fell out today with no clear cause. Shame on me for going back the second time but I’ve since learned my lesson. I’ll pay OOP elsewhere to repair this before going back. When I first came to this practice in 2019 I loved it; Dr Hires was wonderful as were the staff. I’ve heard he’s since sold so perhaps that would explain the overall decline in quality? Disappointing and a waste of money.

I first started going here in October never had them before but my sisters have so I tried them and I can't express enough how nice and how much they treat you like their own friend. They're so kind and sweet everytime I go and am glad to be treated by such a wonderful team. I would recommend them to anyone. I had read some reviews and Dr. Yaya and her team are great and makes you feel welcomed. If you feel uncomfortable I would definitely recommend having Dr. Yaya and her team to do it.

Pam Meyer is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s very thoughtful, thorough, and honest. I’m so glad she joined the team at Hires. She is definitely an asset and I look forward to seeing her again at my next visit.

Hires Dental is a hidden gem for the surrounding community. Very affordable compared to other locations without sacrifice! I've been to a few other places, second street dental, dental reflections, harbor light oral surgeons for examples, none are on the same tier as for quality and service. I'm getting 6 teeth removed on the 29th and I'll be sure to update! I've already recommended my fiance to them as well my coworkers and boss.
