Hoang's Tailoring Alterations & Dry Cleaners reviews
10Could not get a good phone number. When I called no one answered also could not leave a voicemail.
Very lovely lady who took her time and did a beautiful job altering my dress for my grandsons wedding. I highly reccomend this business to all.
She lengthened the sleeves on a jacket for me & they looked as if they were original. Perfect!
Great place if you need alterations. She is reasonably pricing her services and i was happy with the results. This will be our to go place for any alterations.
She does fantastic work! Hands down! I have come here for years. She has hemmed and taken in gowns and casual dresses for me. She did a great job letting out pants and hemming. A true master of her trade. She has always been on time. She is so friendly too! I know my clothes are in good hands with her. I don’t know what I will do without her when we leave Ohio.
I had 2 pair of pants and one jacket altered. Three items. It cost $90.00! Additionally, the clerk was pretty rude when I picked the items up. I'm doing 2 stars because the actual work product was good. Otherwise, due to the exceptionally high cost and lack of customer service I would give one star.
Got pants altered. She is top notch. Fit great and really quick turnaround. High recommendation
Had a red log sleeve shirt with velvet black YSL letters on it. Took it in for dry cleaning and when it was ready for pick up the letters were literally taken off and stolen. Very expensive shirt in which she damaged and stole, then lied about and did not offer any compensation. Do not go here.
She's got her own little shop right on the street now. A friendly lady and a good husband too, if you have a chance to have conversations with them.
I most recently got 3 dress shirts altered. Each shirt had the sides taken in, sleeves shortened, and darts added to clean up the back. All were done in 3 days, and the total cost /w taxes was around $63. She seems very experienced and does quality work (as far as I can tell, anyway), so I think this is very good value. I even brought one back to get the sides taken in a bit more, and she fixed it up on the spot for free. The shirts look a whole lot better now, and I'm quite pleased.
It should be noted that, at least in regards to men's shirts she's not driven by any particular style, so you have to know exactly what you want -darts were probably a bit much now that I've worn the shirts a bit. But of course, that just means you have more styling flexibility -which is a good thing, vs.having styles imposed upon you
If you know what you're doing and what you want, she'll be able to make it happen for you. I recommend with confidence that you give the place a try!
