I like the store but I get lost with all the good stuff around.kinda hard to find any help.need more employees.

They may not always have what I’m looking for, but I have always had a good experience when visiting this store.

Very clean and well stocked. Our cashier was helpful and quick. Everyone was wearing masks and following social distancing. Love Hobby Lobby

Love to shop here because they have a nice variety of items but don't expect anyone to greet you or help you if you need help.

I Very seldom see any employees on the floor and I'm sorry to say that if you do see one, they're not friendly. No Hello or even a smile and that includes when you check out.

Maybe they need a class on Customer service?

Also disappointed that they didn't have any antibacterial wipes for you to clean the handles of your cart and no hand sanitizer for the customers to use.

They ways have what I'm looking for and you can use a 40% coupon if it is not on sale. So many options to choose from.

Usually love Hobby Lobby but not today. Sale item that I wanted had no price tag. Offered a random regular price of $34.99. Didn't purchase. Came home and looked online and found the item with a regular price of $24.99. I ended up buying the item at sale price online but had to pay shipping. Would have cost me more in gas to go back to that store. Either way, not right for the sales person to just make up a price. If you don't know the price just say so.

I was in the store last weekend 2 days in a row for their Yarn Clearance. Needless to say I purchased almost 60 skeins of yarn in 2 days. On my second visit "Laura" the cashier who waited on me was rude, not caring etc. When I asked her for a LARGE bag to put all my yarn in; (because she was stuffing ALL my skeins into SMALL bags. She looked at me & refused to give me a Larger bag as if it was coming out of her check! I finally insisted on a Larger bag & even offered to bag it myself when all my yarn she stuff into the smaller bag fell all over the floor. Which I Picked up. I re-bagged my yarn myself and commented to her on my way out that I understand why all the other Customer's were in the only other avail.line. Extremely rude & dis concerning. IF I ever return to this store I will NOT go near "Laura".

I absolutely love you guys! I think the prices are a little high but for the convince of one stop shop it's worth it. Love the weekly sales

I love love love LOVE Hobby Lobby! They always have everything I need, everything I want, and a few things that I didnt know I needed or wanted until I saw it in store!

Was charged full price for 2 items that were supposed to be half off. When I called about the mistake from home (1.5 hours away), I was told that the only way to correct it was to return to the store with the receipt, card, and items. I had even asked about one of the items when it rang up full price and was told the sale did not apply to that item. Lousy service all around.

They are always courteous and helpful. I can usually find everything that I need without any problems. Always clean.

Great place a little pricey did not have black lite markers that I wanted but definitely bursting at the seems with art supplies

I brought my 81 year old father in here looking for glue for his model trains. We spent so much time in the store admiring all the lovely things. I think this store is better to inspire creativity than some of the other craft stores I've been in. I was really pleased at the selection of model train accessories.

Everytime the fiance' and I go in we find multiple items we'd love for our home. They have a very wide selection of home decor, something for every taste. If you're looking for that one item to personalize your home I'd stop in here. Plus the prices are better than the other local home stores.

They have a wide variety of crafty things. Store was clean and the staff were helpful. No complaints.

Have just about everything to either get started on a craft project or to bolster supplies as expertise increases.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby I could spend hours and hours and there and lots and lots of money. I called about a cordless glue gun and I found one at Hobby Lobby. The lady was very very nice so I give Hobby Lobby five stars. Download their app that usually have a 40% off coupon to use at the register.

They have everything and anything, store was clean but a bit u derstaffed. Prices were a little high but its understandable to have it high with all the sales they do.

I go here for many of my craft needs and use their weekly sales and coupons (both of which can be found through their app) to save tons of money.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby! As you enter the facility, it is inviting. Displays are beautiful, item aisles are well organized and labeled, there is an abundance of inventory, and the music they play during the shopping experience is uplifting and relaxing. I have to drive 2 hours to get there, but it is worth the drive!
