Fun to walk around although as far as the craft supplies I need, definitely have to go online their selection of molds and paint pens are limited

Employees were great and were willing to take us to items. So, customer service was top notch. Clean store with large variety and organized craft items.

This location has a great selection of home decor, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. But beware of the employees! They are either rude or, worse, entitled. Ask for help or a simple question and they will respond like you are the dumbest person on earth.

I love this store, it has everything. The jewelry making section is a little small. And I feel like some of the prices are high. But it is quality stuff.

It is always good to stop at Hobby Lobby for home and crafts items. This location is nice and well organized. 50% sale was awesome.

That store is so full of stuff and nice and clean and neat. If you can't find what you're looking for there you're not looking for anything.

Hobby Lobby has a great variety of affordable picture frames, seasonal decor, craft supplies and party decor. Fantastic all around craft store with friendly staff.

Too pricy. Anyone with any small amount of intelligence and an Amazon app can save its of lots money. One example was a Boba Fett model kit they priced at $40, while the same one on Amazon was $18.99! I find with many items it's cheaper online.

I like the set up and size of the New Albany location better, this one seems more like Michael's.

Hobby lobby is great I've been waiting for them to come back to hilliard at this mall and everyone should check them out.

I spend a lot of time at this Hobby Lobby due to my crafting hobbies and small business. To the point where probably most of the staff members recognize me. For many craft items you can’t beat Hobby Lobby’s prices as long as you aren’t looking for name brand items. For most items they are still the cheapest due to their frequent sales even without any coupons. The staff at this store is very kind and helpful and are always polite at checkout. My only complaint is that the checkout lines can be very slow due to the cashiers having to input every item price - they don’t have scanners. Plan for checkout to take even longer on Saturdays because this place gets crazy!

Expensive unless the item is on one of the many 40% off sales. And really, where else are you going to find a lot of the stuff they stock?

Hobby Lobby has a great selection of merchandise with great prices to match. Their seasonal offerings are top notch.

Sarah in framing is the best! She took the time to explain to me many things as a new artist and helped me to understand framing, packaging for selling, options on displaying my art and anything else I needed to know. Sarah took the time to make me feel valued as a customer and help me gain confidence and knowledge in what I’m doing. She’s a great example of true customer service and such a pleasure to talk to.
