Finally I have a Auto Repair Shop I can TRUST! I took my car in to have it diagnosed and they fixed a issue I was having with a loud noise while diagnosing it. They were very fair on their prices, they explained everything to me, and went above and beyond.

Brought my car in was told was a 1 day fix after they located parts. 1st was a shipment from California (4 days) then they realized that they ordered the wrong part. Next was a shipment from Illinois (2days) going on week 3 waiting for this part. Very disappointed I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Had an issue with my serpentine belt and couldn’t find the issue. Ended up being an alternator pulley.another shop quoted me 1,100 and I think it was 400 at hogans. 10/10 recommend

Imagine not actually completing a service, charging full price for it, leaving someone in one of the worst snowstorms in Ohioan history, and cussing at them for being upset. Could not be me

They towed me from a rest stop on 33 and then managed to fit in diagnostics in between other repairs. It's the only shop around that could handle
my 9.5-foot tall van. They are professional, knowledgeable and nice people to be around.
