Had an issue with a truck leased from the Fairfield office. Asked for a replacement and the Moraine office came through fast. Had a replacement within 24 hours.
However, the cleanliness of Hogan’s rentals is questionable. Took a whole container of sanitizing wipes to get the nastiness off the doors, windows, dash and steering wheel.
The truck I leased from the Fairfield office had remnants of cat hair in it. Both I, and my co-driver developed sinus infections within two days.
Appreciate the effort in getting us down the road, but Hogan needs a better detailer.
