Went in for shampoo & style- the woman who “washed” my hair spent about a minute on it total and did not even get all of my hair wet. Then the curls did not turn out at all how I wanted/asked for them. Ended up redoing my hair myself before the event. The employees were very loud and unprofessional. The bright side is it was cheap I guess. Definitely will not be returning.

Dena always does a great job- she listens to what I'm looking for and makes suggestions when I am unsure. This location is my go to for hair care. I just wish that the online check in system was better equipped to deal with existing customers coming in for a hair cut but that isn't on the stylist.

Wasn’t impressed at all after flat iron style. Never again will I come here to this salon. The stylus was nice but just doesn’t know how to straighten curly hair to where it’s from the root down straight with no volume and some shine and soft texture. Hair ended up dry and poofy.

They are great! They have experienced, knowledgeable staff, and can turn a bad hait day into a beautiful one!

Great quality consistently provided by nice people at a reasonable price. For the record, my stylist noticed a change in a freckle on my scalp that no one else could see (I'm kinda tall) and alerted me. She literally saved my life. So yeah.five stars.

My eyebrows are so bad! I came in they said a 20 minute wait but that 20 minutes wait turned into to 30 minutes. My eyebrows are my everything! And she messed them up will never go there again

I would rate this location a zero if I could. My sister and I both went for haircuts and walked out highly unsatisfied/disappointed/irate. My sister walked out with a disastrous attempt at a bob and my trim ended up choppy and as uneven as it could get. When I checked out, I was charged 10 extra dollars for having hair past my shoulders. This location is garbage. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies. Save your time and money!

I have always found everyone to be very knowledgeable and professional at this Saturday’s location. It’s been busy most every time I’ve been there. Most are repeat customers. The staff seems to work hard to fit everyone in who comes in the door. As far as cleanliness goes, it’s always been clean that I’ve seen. I recommend the staff at Saturday’s to anyone who wants their hair done right.
I can say this from experience having had my hair permed, colored, cut, styled and foils done.
