Christina was a awesome stylist. My 9 yr old has been growing her bangs out and her hair was a mess. Christina got on her level and talked to her, helped her figure out the best cut and style to achieve her goals. My daughter was so happy and confident when we left! Her hair looked great! Truly awesome experience. We will definitely be back to see her again.
Christine was an absolute joy to work with today when I came in for a haircut. I had not had her before, and from the moment I walked in she was polite and professional. She was finishing the client before me but did not rush her out the door to get to me. She took the time to clean up before calling me back to her chair. I showed her a few pictures and she immediately knew what to do to make me feel beautiful. I appreciated the kindness and warmth of our conversation as well as the time she spent giving me a great cut! I have long, fine hair and she knew just what to do to give my hair more lift and movement. I will be back when I'm due for my next cut, she made my day!
Christina gave me a GREAT cut. She asked what I wanted and gave her thoughts when asked. The cut was exactly what I wanted. Christina has an awesome personality too. I will definitely be back!
I will never go to this location again! My daughter and I went to get our haircut and highlights and were charged $516 for that. When the other location told us for a full highlight and cut would be $126 each. I felt like I was taken advantage of. Christina stated to me that the other place obviously never saw me in person and gave me a wrong estimate but ive been going there for a year, so they knew my hair. I've never paid $265 for a full highlight and cut ever in my life even at a high end salon. This place isn't even a high end salon and I was charged this. Steer away from this place unless you want to pay these outrageous prices.
She tried to charge me almost $35 extra just to use a flat iron on my hair. I wouldn't of agreed to that if I knew that was the case, that's more Than a haircut
I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General on them, I'm so upset
