Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield, an IHG Hotel

The room prices were cheaper online but more expensive at the front desk and the hotel is under renovation

Motel was ok, mostly because there were no microwaves in the rooms. Instead you had to walk down the hall to just outside the room clerk check in place and stand there to use the single microwave in the building. The room had a Keurig but used some off brand coffee that was not good. No breakfast outside of the restaurant. For the price charged, they should put microwaves in the room and upgrade the coffee. The staff was nice.

Found this place on Expedia.com and I specifically searched for a place with a pool or possibly a jacuzzi right? Drive all the way from the West side to Mayfield and the guy starts checking me in and right before we were all done I asked where's the pool. He says I was just about to say that the pool is closed. I did all this running around before we got there did you still want to book it. I had just bought a new swimming suit an all and ended up bogging down an taking the room cause I was tired and didn't feel like finding some place else but I was thoroughly disappointed. Then Expedia said 157 dollars they charged us 217 which was fine but when we checked out another 31 dollar charge popped up. We called and they said it was some kind of fee and we'll get it back in a few days

I've been to this restaurant a few times before. There isn't anything really wrong with it it's just my personal preference doesn't favorite that much. The surface could have been better. The food is always good. I ordered the veal parmesan which is always a good choice for this restaurant. I think that if you come here it'll be a subjective choice maybe not a bad one.

Now I am giving it a 2 because of the 2 front desk clerks who were very nice and knew there job. But instead of getting a king size be I got 2 twin beds. Then on top of that. No microwave in the room you had to go to the front. Also in most hotels you don't have to pay for you laundry but at this one you do and they this one lady who lives here or stays here sometimes complains about getting quarters from her. Also I work nights but can't sleep during the day because they are renovating and it's so loud here. If the company I worked for did not pay for our rooms I would never have stayed here for $50 a night. Or $20 a night to loud and not worth it. Now Staybridge is amazing for sure stay there! Worth over $200 a night but cost the same as this Holiday Inn.

Savannah was so helpful from check in to delivering plasticware to my room when delivery forgot it. Fantastic service

What a disappointing experience closed amenities not even room cleaning daily went to room no TP in bathroom asked for a suite up grade they wanted 80 dollars more each night I asked myself for what will not stay here all I got from manager was I'm sorry not enough for getting nothing

Nice room, decent sized and clean. Front desk persons very friendly. Parking lot a disaster. Not sure why management unaware that salt and ice melt exist. I have balance problems. My wife had to drive up.to door to pick me up rather than risk a venture across lot.
Spent night as power in our neighborhood out. Pleasant refuge.

Very nice rooms, clean and modern. Price was also a good value for what u get. They also have an onsite restaurant. Location is also good as it is close to freeway and restaurants, shopping.

The hotel was nice no problems, the reason for 1 star is the restaurant inside. I would like to say it was good but not open on time.we had to make a meeting at 7: 00am the next day around 9: 00am I tried to eat there again and no one came to seat me at a table so still didn't get to eat went down the road to eat so we cut our stay short at this one.

We enjoyed our stay, our reservations fell through at another hotel because of Priceline! We will be staying with you again!

Staff is super friendly. Always clean! 1st choice in the Mayfield area. Restaurant is really really good!

Cops hang around it quite frequently and no in room microwave some of the showers don't drain well but overall not a bad place

The restaurant was clean, the diners were placed with plenty of distance between them to maintain more than adequate social distancing, the food was very delicious, and our waiter was awesome. We couldn't have had a better dining experience!

Outstanding place to stay. The front desk team (Gale, Jackie and Chelsea) are incredibly helpful and professional. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly to keep the rooms safe and clean. If you have any concerns about Covid, you can rest assured that the facility is clean.

The attached restaurant is fantastic too. Offering a well thought out selection of food and drinks. Breakfast there is worth waking up early for!

In the future I will recommend this specific location for anyone I know visiting Cleveland. Thank you for being great for my wife and I while we moved here from Houston. Your team really helped that transition go smoothly.

I've stayed in maybe 50 or so similar hotels past 3 years, by far the worst. First, consistent knocking sound on ceiling kept me up until 3am. Still hearing it at 8am. Second, the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways - people must be somehow smoking in their non-smoking rooms. Third, swimming pool was not operational, no microwave anywhere, no breakfast.

Very clean hotel but it's a bit dated. They did have some of the best smelling shampoo I've tried in a while though!

The entrance was too far from parking lot doors was close due to covid but the hotel requires you to wear a mask to enter thw building until you get to your room or leave thw building the main entrance was the only door to come out of the ac made the room stuffy like the filter was dirty the screws in the shower was coming out when brushing ya teeth in the sink or taking a shower the water does not drain

Loved the restaurant, Alfredo's. Excellent service, most professional and personal staff. Food was outstanding.
