Holiday Inn Express Columbus - Dublin, an IHG Hotel

Stayed in room 224. And was woke up to a drilling noise coming from under the room on the first floor. Told the lady at the desk, and she looked at me like I was crazy or stupid. Whatever.

Rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Despite the extremely rowdy kids that were staying with their team that were running through the halls and banging on our door, the night shift front desk clerk handled it quickly and professionally.

Our room, and the entire hotel were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was actually very good. I'm not usually a fan of hotel breakfast, but their food was really good! They have a pancake machine and you can watch your pancakes being made. Seemed liked a quiet area with convenient food nearby. The Luna Pizza kitchen next door delivers and they're amazing.

We had an excellent one night stay here to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the facility and rooms were very clean, the pool was heated with restrooms attached to rinse off and change out of swimwear (excellent touch!), and the breakfast was delicious. I will recommend this hotel to others looking to stay in the area, and personally look forward to returning in the future. It was a big thumbs up from the birthday kiddo!

Awesome pick for a hotel! The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was bar was full, and the staff was friendly. They also had actual hand soap instead of just bar soap!

My wife and I have stayed at this Holiday inn numerous times. We have always had a positive experience with clean roomsand a buffet breakfast that is pretty good when you consider what some other buffet breakfast at hotels are like. Update 2023, still very clean and the staff is friendly. The lady who works the desk at night has worked here for the last 5 years. I've stated at this Holiday inn 18 times in about the last 5 years and I've never had a bad experience.

This hotel used to be my favorite hotel. I have stayed here many times. But this morning I was disappointed. The sound of the cleaning staff opening and closing the door early in the morning is very loud. Caused a headache for me and my family. I have always liked this hotel however. Really frustrating. The door closing loudly was a black cleaning man. I hope management sees the news.and make improvements.and also. We live on the second floor. The little kids upstairs have been running around all night. I don't know what happened to this hotel. But definitely not a quiet place to rest.

Great customer service! Everything is spotless. Breakfast was fresh with a wide range of breakfast food to choose from.

This is a privately owned hotel that is not associated nor ran the the same as other ihg hotels. They have Roaches! The owner/general manager is terrible.

I usually do not do this but I felt disgusted today. Rooms are always clean until I looked at the bed sheet & blanket. There were multiple blood stains everywhere on the bed sheets & blankets. Took few pictures of the stains & left the place as soon as I saw it.

Great hotel! Nice big room and great amenities. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Comfy bed and really big bathroom. The front desk staff were very nice, especially at 3 am when we finally got there after a delayed flight.

Stayed at this location Friday evening as it was close to family, had a large enough room and an indoor pool for the kids. My youngest is on the autism spectrum and struggles with changes in routine, making traveling always hard for us. He was having a hard time self regulating Friday evening, and was very upset. We were in our room and I was trying to settle him down. Someone from the front desk came to the room to say someone had complained. I explained he had autism and we were doing our best to calm him down. Instead of being understanding, she said I needed to calm him down or we would need to find somewhere else to stay. Definitely not a special needs friendly hotel at all.
