Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ashtabula-Geneva, an IHG Hotel, Austinburg OH

This is my 'Go-To' hotel when I am in town. Missy, is always super accommodating to my needs of checking in early, etc. The cleaning staff is awesome too. Again, thank you.

Our check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with great amenities. The furnishing were first class. The only problem I had was connecting my laptop to the wifi. It never happened after multiple tries.

Excellent clean hotel, comfortable beds and friendly people. Very glad we chose this hotel. Location is very convenient to the highway.

Bathroom was not very clean or well maintained.
Not a great value. Should have tried the new Fairfield Inn on the other side of interstate. Looks very nice.

The cleaning staff was amazing, desk bot so much. I was also bitten by a venomous spider while near the pool and had a very large and painful wound that I'm still dealing with (2 weeks later). Over all I do however recom3nd. If noting else for the service staff there! They were amazing

BEST breakfast I've had at any Express, cooked perfectly! Compliments to the cook staff. Staff in general were awesome. Older property but, clean and beds (Suite) were better then most expresses. Seemed to be brand new and comfy.

Very clean lobby, rooms, and common areas. Decent hot meals for self-serve breakfast, including make-your-own pancakes that were really good.

Pool and rooms need attention. Rooms had been updated but touch up paint on previously painted doors made worse. Mattress on pullout was poor, thin quality. No service under 5-day stay, but staff accommodating with requests for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were empty on arrival. Also, supplied clean linens when asked.

No safety bars in shower/tub area, which made it dangerous for my husband who slipped a bit in there. I will see about handicap suite at next location.

This was a one-time stay for us, convenient to interstate and about 15 minutes to restaurants or 20 min to mall with theater. Also, 15 minutes to Geneva on the Lake.

Checked in and the gentleman was talking on his cell phone, on speaker. Didn't acknowledge ys, or say a word to us. I had to tell him we were checking in. He handed us our key. Both times I was back in the lobby, he was in a corner, on his phone. Very rude.

Great rooms and amenities! Free breakfast had something yummy for everyone. Short drive from GOTL!

Did an Instacart delivery here. The distance was too far. Traffic was hectic due to two accidents, which made the drive back home even longer.

Had a wonderful experience! Everything was clean, not just our rooms. The staff, especially Missy, was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Stay here all the time for work. Staff is friendly the manager is amazing. Great morning breakfast and the rooms are wonderful. Best hotel in the area in my opinion

While being stranded by a vehicle breakdown, I booked a night. That 1 night turned into 4 nights while vehicle was being repaired.
The management and staff were polite, considerate, accommodating, knowledgeable, and real people.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast service, even in these circumstances, was provided by an outstanding employee greeting you with a smile and sincere hello.
I will definitely use this location again in my travels.
First time happenstance, second time with purpose.
