It was all good the management was excellent but, what they advertise as accessible rooms are not.

Still doing Covid protocols. Pool has to be reserved one hour at a time. When we got here it was all reserved already. The kids were very disappointed.

Beds dirty, staff very unfriendly and very rude. They over charged me for my room and would not make it right. My family and I will NEVER stay here again.

I wouldn't use this hotel again. It was dirty and looked like no maintenance has been made in a long time, curtains damaged and not to mention the sofa-bed was awful with blood stains.

Nice clean rooms, good access to interstates.
Has a pool. Decent breakfast, no hot foods, but have things to heat in microwave.

Very good, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast selection huge and fresh.

This place was amazing me and my husband went there for one night just to have our once a month date night it and it was great management was excellent the ladies that cleaned the rooms did a great job the pool was amazing so all i can say is i know where i going once a month for date night! Right here thank you so much for everything you did for me and my husband we will be back for sure

The room was great. But the parking was terrible half the parking lot was closed off we had to park in the grass on a hill which worried us with our rental car.

The staff is truly wonderful! The hotel is well kept and the cleanliness level is 10+. This hotel is located in the perfect location for shopping and restaurants!

The staff was very friendly. The room was big and the beds were extremely comfy. The breakfast was delicious and had alot of choices; pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, bagels, yogurt, toast, etc.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and my family enjoyed the pool. The view was of a neighborhood. But we didn't get the room for the view, we just needed a quick stop and this was perfect for that.

Nice quiet place for a weekend getaway. The staff is super nice. Plus a great free breakfast too.

Friendly staff and walkable to a bar and a couple family restaurants. Good breakfast but the rooms are a bit outdated. The one big reason to stay here is that these guys Supply the room with J R Watkins brand bath products. I don't know if this is a thing they do in every room, but it's so awesome not to have to use regular holiday Inn soap, body wash, etc

This is a nice hotel in a descent area, it appears they recently remodeled the rooms which is nice my only complaint is the bath tub. It has a sunken shape along the middle so you have to stand in the middle or your feet slide down and you might lose your balance. I have a falling Arch and this tub was painful to stand in but overall I really like this hotel. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. For me, close to my client. Otherwise not near anything vacation wise, although not far from Kings Island.

Front desk was helpful in resolving problems with AC in first room. Pool was shut down as well.

It's a nice hotel. Close to places to eat and gas. Ask for a room away from the pool! We could hear kids screaming. Staff was nice.

Hotel staff was nice, rooms were clean. The only complaint I had was that the pool was closed the whole time.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean but definitely used to be a smoking room that has not been properly remediated so room had very musty smell.

Excellent place to stay! I sleep well and it is very quiet and the mgmt staff is very friendly! Even though I live nearby, I like to stay here at least once a month because it is a wonderful experience!
