It was a last minute desicison to stay here. Kinda like most of my hotel stays. It was the classic scenario of coming into town for a wedding, and drinking too much. I was able to book online quite easily, even in my inebriated state. A friend drove us there and the receptionist was wonderful. Very sweet and bubbly. The hotel was immaculate, fresh and clean. The room itself had two queen beds, TV, Mini fridge, safe. Very electronic friendly. Check out was easy and we were on our way out the next morning. No complaints. I didn't have any additional needs that needed to be met so everything was pretty simple enough.

Excellent Holiday Inn Express. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and location is convenient. Bob Evans and Roosters are across the parking lot. If you like an upbeat sports bars with great beer selection and exceptional food then go to Roosters. If you enjoy of old fashioned grandma's cooking go to Bob Evans. Cincinnati favorite Gold Start and Skyline are within a mile. Every fast food restaurant you can imagine is within a mile radius. Hotel has indoor pool and 25 hr fitness center. Hot breakfast in the morning. Free parking.

Now this is what a handicapped accessible room should be! Grab bars everywhere in the bath, comfortable bed, fair lighting, room not fancy but nice. Thank you!

Absolutely spotless, very well maintained hotel. Friendly helpful staff that knows and enjoy their craft. Stayed in several different rooms and would rate them 10 of 10. My family really enjoyed our time spent here. Breakfast is phenomenal, great plants and trees on the property. Bathrooms well stocked with everything you need. Great job guys and thank you!

$100 a night The carpet fell like it was wet When I went to take a shower the tub was clogged and had to stand in 3 or 4" of water, And as I looked up in disgust, I seen in the ceiling there's water leaking through it and a big wet spot something obviously was happening as a maintenance supervisor this is totally unacceptable, So I go to check out I walk up to the counter and there's a sign that says be back soon at 8: 30 in the morning on my way to the airport not waiting This hotel failed!

The old lady and I was gonna stay for just one night but it cost way to much for one night something like $120.and that was before tax so yea dont think so we did not stay.

Outstanding stay! Me and mom came to stay 2 nights just for a girls weekend she just got diagnosed with cancer and wanted to relax and swim the pool was clean always stocked with towels the room was clean and omg the bed best hotel beds I've ever slept in they were so comfortable and I really like they have cable and not basic tv But katie and conner from. The front desk were sooo sweet and helpful I will forever always be grateful for them making our girls weekend fantastic I highly recommend we will be back for sure! The breakfast in the morning is good as well everything to except eggs sausage biscuits and gravy muffins bagles yogurt I was hoping for a waffle maker but thats ok the biscuit and gravy was good enough

It was a very clean and nice hotel. They free breakfast was fresh & decent food, just hate they stop serving at 9am bc we aren't morning people but the rooms was huge

Coffee maker didn't work parking lot covered in ice they took the time to lay tons of salt under the canopy but no salt used in parking lot to get to your car very disappointed I pay extra to stay at these Holiday inn and this is by far the worst I've ever stayed at I have changed my review on this place they promptly gotten a hold of me and was very professional in correcting this issue thank you very much

The bathtub area needs updating. The bathroom I had the paint job was not finished. Looked like they were trying different paint jobs. I hate the chair/couch in the room. Very uncomfortable

Great place to stay. The staff was so friendly. What I want to touch babes on is the cleanliness. I dont have a bad thing to say. The housekeeper respect what they do. The room was immaculate and Miss Brenda man she keeps the kitchen area and the main lobby spotless. Would recommend whole heartedly.
