I will be visiting town in the next week and was looking for a Holiday Inn somewhat close to the Cleveland Clinic. I called this hotel to inquire about the distance between them and the Clinic. The gentleman who helped me, Adrien I believe, was incredibly kind and resourceful! Even after we figured out I’d be too far from the Clinic, he went above and beyond and gave me the phone number and directions to a closer property.

Traveling alone is very overwhelming in my advanced age, but this young man is a wonderful addition to this property and it needed to be said. Thank you again!

Your booking policy is not for a family trying to survive. No one pays 2 weeks in advance during the holiday. This is pure greed. I will never stop posting about this horrible policy.

No complaints with the hotel, everything was great. The gentlemen at the front desk, I believe his name was Abe, was very welcoming and kind. If the entire world had his attitude, it'd truly be a better place.

Absolutely wonderful clean rooms and spotless lobby but we were staying 2 nights at 244.00 plus taxes a night. My husband checked with housekeeping about when our room would be cleaned and fresh towels.when we e returned to the hotel around 9pm our room was not cleaned and no fresh towel. Staff at the desk said if you were staying more than one night your room was not cleaned or fresh towels were replaced. The excuse was covid which was bull since covid precautions has expired. So follow travelers beware of this hotel they make policies at their discretion and charge huge amount for a experience of dirty towels and unmade bed. Another traveler had been there for 5 days and it was the same treatment by Holiday express.

What an awful experience! I've been staying at this location for a year now and after my last encounter I will never return again. I booked a 2 queen bed room on June 25th. A month and half before my stay. When I arrived, after traveling by car for 3 days to get my son back to college, I walked in my room to see I had a King size bed only. There was no way this was going to sleep 3 travelers. Went downstairs to see why I didn't have the room I reserved, only to be told King beds were all they had and "What do you want me to do about it? " No apology, no offer of another room with a king bed.nothing. Went back to my room and called IHG's customer service. While on the phone with them, lo and behold, front desk calls to say they have a King and pull-out sofa available. Where was this offer when I originally went down? Go downstairs with my arms loaded with my luggage, to find the bedding for the sofa on the counter and I was expected to carry that up and make the bed. Then things got heated, I asked the front desk if this wasn't included in their job responsibilities and the response was "Are you threatening me? ". I said, No, just asking a question. I was then told the customer is not always right and I could leave the premises or have the sheriff called. I said fine but wanted documentation of the room being cancelled. I was told no and to leave or the sheriff was being called. I had to gather my things at 11: 30pm at night, with no place to stay, and charges on my credit card.

Room walls seem to very thin as you can hear everything going on around you. Wish there was at least a mini fridge in room for dinner leftovers or midnight snacks.

Stayed one night. Quick check in. Clean room and bathroom. Liked location near freeway and plenty of restaurants near by.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from July 7th thru July 9th. We have no complaints about the hotel, room, amenities, food, or cleanliness rather, we do about the experience we had with an employee. While walking in late on July 8th, our second night there, I was rudely confronted by an employee (bigger middle aged man with glasses) sitting on the couch. I assume he was working, but he sure didn’t look like it since he was watching TV instead of at the desk like a professional. He said “Hey! ” as I pressed the elevator button, I walked over and he said “this isn’t a pet friendly facility” and I said I know, my dog is a service dog. He then rudely said “well, where’s her vest then” I said she didn’t have one as he gave me a dirty look and then asked for my room number, which I told him. The way he acted was absolutely ridiculous and very accusatory. When we checked in, my husband told the front desk about our dog and answered the only two questions they are allowed to ask about a service animal. According to the ADA, you can only ask those 2 questions, so him asking if my dog had a vest was out of line. Also, according to the ADA a sevice animal does NOT have to wear a vest. She doesn’t like to and we don’t want to have to make her. You need to teach your employees what kinds of questions they can ask, because what he did was not okay to rudely confront me like that. Especially since it was our second night there, we didn’t just get there. I honestly feel like he had been watching us and was waiting for the right moment to accuse me of having a non service animal. Overall, it really soured our experience at this hotel, everything else was great, but that employee seriously needs some training.

Everything was excellent. We checked in at 3am and Dave at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He checked us in super fast and answered our questions. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, plenty of towels, big windows with blackout curtains and a bunch of lighting options. Will definitely stay here again we we come back in town.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was excellent. Prices were ok for the area. The only downfall was the 4 little girls running, laughing, and crying in the hallway for about an hour at 5 am.
We dealt with it because they had a dance recital that day. Kids will be kids The pool was nice and enjoyable.

Very clean and spacious hotel. The bed was comfortable and they provide soft and firm pillows which is a nice touch. We appreciated the room darkening shade and big clean bathroom. All the amenities you could want in a hotel room, including a mini fridge and microwave. Check in/out was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast included hot and cold items. Very easily accessible right off the exit.

Where do I begin for my absolute worst hotel experience. It took about 15 minutes for someone to even notice I was there to check in. They were severely understaffed. The room was as expected. The noise was not. Constant noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. They gave us no shampoo but double body wash. The staff was fully incompetent from the GM down. They tried charging me for another night that I didn't even stay for. No one would return my phone calls to get this resolved. This type of non action is highly unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and don't book here. I would never return. I would rather sleep in my car.

Clean / New / what you expect. Little trouble with the reservation on check in but the person working was extremely polite / was not her fault, have not figured out if I was double charged yet but I am sure it will get resolved.

I had family stay here while visiting me over Christmas. They had a positive experience. Staff were great.
