9It was a place to sleep that's about it. There was a lot of mold in the shower and many lights in the room did not work.
Well-appointed rooms. Clean and quiet inside. Close to highway so there is some noise from highway traffic. Comfortable climate control in rooms.
Carla and her staff were great. They were all very friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations for really good restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again.
Manager is rude to employees……. Not very professional she dresses like she is homeless very nasty attitude and mouth. I would never stay there or work for them…. Manager sucks!
The manager, Carla, is outstanding. She is always so friendly and helps however she can. Excellent customer service. Clean hotel and we will definitely stay there again!
Very nice staff, clean rooms, and pretty good breakfast. Treated me, my kid, and service dog great.
Staff is off the charts. No issues with anything, other than a group of guests from Chicago complaining about everything from cereal choices, distance from highway & apparently a son- in -law. I feel bad for the son-in-law, some people are impossible to please. They call them motels because they are close to highway
Just checked in for a single night and right when Checking in was told the pool is closed. This was a big suprise and only reason we even stayed at a hotel on a short trip. They advised that it has been on there website I verified through there landing page and through the ihg app which I booked there is no notification of pool being closed, and after reviewing other reviews it appears that the pool has been closed at least 3 months or they have a regualr issue with pool.
Stayed here on 03/27/2022. Walk in, find out pool is closed. Get up to the room, room is dirty. Doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in days. Huge brown/red stain on the pull out couch bed mattress (king suite room). Shower had hair all over the walls before we even used it. Splatters all over the bathroom mirror. Just not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn costing double what a Motel 6 or Super 8 would cost.
