Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zanesville North, an IHG Hotel

One of the Best Holiday Inn's I've been to! Breakfast was amazing, everything was clean, beautiful place. On the top of a hill so kinda even got a nice view. Truck parking available for my Semi. Great staff. Overall a really great stay! The hill makes it harder to walk to the nearby restaurants, but other than that, great location.

The hotel rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable! They had a hot breakfast and pancakes machine. The breakfast attended was super attentive and was constantly replenishing the items. I totally recommend this hotel!

Great hotel a bit off the beaten path but so we'll worth it, and a free breakfast too. And we were given a suite because of my service dog

Last minute reservation. Horrible weather. Stopped for the night. Hotel seemed very quiet. A bit disappointed with the room (227). The room was very clean. Definitely needed some easy fixes. Curtain was ripped. Bathroom wall behind toilet and the whole width showed a large water stain. Hate to think if something is still leaking or mold brewing behind it. Smoke/fire alarm had duct tape covering up a portion of it. If I could have reached it I would have scoped it out further. Also, could hear every move made by folks in room above me. At times, sounded like I should expect someone to be falling through the ceiling.
I was so tired basically ignored it all and went to sleep.
Very friendly girl checked me in. Props to her for being friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer played extremely loud music inside their pickup in back parking lot next to our room window from midnight until 1: 30 am. Front desk was not enthusiastic to make them stop. Front desk was withdrawn when my wife wanted to discuss. Ruined a night sleep.

Friendly & cheerful staff all around! Very clean facility. Great breakfast spread. Excellent place!

We really liked our overnight stay here! It was quick to check in, the place was clean and the breakfast was amazing- so many good options! The only thing we didn’t like was the big holes in the blackout curtain (let light in and looks trashy). We stayed in Room 327.

Horrible stay. Worse hotel in this city, lacey is horrible. Her attitude was not normal, and she does not know how to treat others let alone hard working customers. This is not the treatment one needs while staying out of town working in that city, im calling corp as well

Prime location with biggest parking lot in Zanesville for tractor/trailers. Clean, great staff, walkable restaurants. I'll be back

Had a wonderful weekend stay. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. King room included microwave, mini fridge, Keurig, mini toiletries as well as full sized soaps for use. Comfortable bed. Had good cable. Pool and Jacuzzi were both great. Staff was super sweet and accommodating. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices and they even had snacks to take with you for later. Thanks for everything!

My family and I do quite a lot of traveling which means hotels. Not every hotel is good, some are down right regrettable, but this is not one of those hotels. This hotel was WONDERFUL. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom shower head was so relaxing. The next morning they had a large breakfast that included bacon, sausage gravy, olmettes, potatoes, sausage, along with countless other items. Staff was lovely too. Would stay here again and again!

Super clean! Nice beds:) biggest breakfast ever! Hotcakes biscuits gravy bacon eggs breakfast sandwich’s sausage plus more and it was hot!

Great place! Clean; soft bed, breakfast was great and the server was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Ours was mostly a good experience. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants, the public areas and our room was clean and attractive, the staff was polite and efficient, the breakfast was acceptable. My only complaint is that we opted for a more expensive "1-bedroom suite", so that one of us could watch TV in a separate room should they not be able to sleep, as is our common issue. However, the sleeping and living areas were only partially separated by a partition only about 1/3 of the way across, and the TV in the living area did not work, so we wasted the extra money.

Clean, updated facility with large lounge and breakfast area. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Was there for Pottery Lovers Convention going room to room visiting dealers.
