Holland Crossing Apartments reviews
7Management is amazing, they go above and beyond! Jordan did a wonderful job looking after my animals when I was in the hospital, and a nice neighbor found my lost keys and returned them to the office for Jordan to let me back in my apartment when I returned from my hospital stay. Maintenance is always quick to fix things also, I can always depend on them to fix something that's broken or needs attention. I've been here for several years and staying as long as I need to before buying my own home. Thank you for making the apartments feel like home!
This complex is garbage. The rent is outrageous for a complex with no amenities, paid laundry facilities, poor maintenance turnaround, and an absolutely worthless office who have never returned one of my calls. They don't keep the lot clear in the winter. They just leave a sheet of ice for you to deal with. I can not recommend strongly enough that you seek housing elsewhere because this company is an absolute nightmare.
I have no idea what the woman is talking about. I have lived here for 5 months. I mean it isn’t five star but it’s safe. I have never heard gunshots. Also it’s kept clean and maintained. I wish they would fix the laundry card machine but that’s a minor issue to the war zone that lady is describing. I think you are living in a different complex then me
I cannot wait for my lease to be up. From the first night I moved in, we had someone watching my boyfriend and I move our belongings into our first home and then broke into our cars as soon as we turned the lights off (around 3 am). This happened again two weeks later and someone stole an item upwards of 300 dollars from my boyfriends car. When trying to call the office to report they said “we don’t have cameras on the premises” however there are cameras on every single building except for our unit in the very back which I realized after I had specifically went outside to look myself so the statement of having “no cameras on the premises” was not factual but seemed like an excuse to end the call. They were of no help. The apartment itself is not of high quality for paying almost 800 dollars a month for rent. We have had troubles with people stealing our packages. Law enforcement searching our neighbors apartment. We have heard gunshots in our parking lot. Trash and items being thrown in the yard of our complex. And garbage and random items being thrown around the dumpster making it hard to access. I feel unsafe and unhappy here. Honestly thinking about trying to come up with the extra money just to get out of our lease. Maybe the other buildings are better but it seems like they throw the vulnerable people in the back where there are no cameras and no help. So done.
Never even lived here and im going to drop a 1 star. I called for a tour and they told me they had availability for the begging of January. When I get to my scheduled appointment they told me it was December move in for over 100$ more. Would’ve been nice to get a phone call to let me know two important variables were changing. Lack of communication and poor customer service-no thanks!
Nice clean apartments. We had a self guided tour. It's a good area. The good thing is they don't require a deposit for any caged animals (ie.guinea pigs, hamsters, etc). I feel like the price is okay-ish. It's not incredibly high and I would probably apply again. I do feel like the deposit range is high and I feel like rent is slightly high for the size of the apartment.
