Robyn was my driver and she was EXCELLENT! Prompt, Professional and most kind. She took care of my problem with knowledge and obvious skill, thank you Robyn!

I just had them tow my car off of the interstate after a blowout. They were so responsive and quick. Extremely communicative. I had three kids with me when this happened and needed to get them out of that dangerous situation ASAP. I could not be with the car when they were towing it. They were there within the hour. The driver, Kelly, called me every step of the way so I knew what was going on. He was amazing and so kind. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

It just couldn’t get any better, Kellin pulled up in front of my house. I met him at the door, he ask me what kind of problem I was having and I told him the car was not recognizing the key fob. He went to his truck got out a battery tester I think it was. He said that was all fine. I handed him my key fob. He laid it in the console and it started right up. He did not charge me for the call, cause he was in the area and said he really didn’t do anything. To me it was a lot. I was able to drive to the dealership, all it needed was new batteries in the key fob.

Called for tow from house to shop. Talked with very nice dispatcher. Within one hour got call back from driver could be there inside 15 minutes. He arrived in time big plus. Got the AWD on his roll off and to the shop. Fast, clean, very nice experience.driver 2 thumbs up.

Not a long wait time, efficient and kind workers. If you're in a pinch, give them a call.

I would recommend this company to anyone! My Explorer broke down on the way home, and I had my daughter with me. The tow truck driver (her name is Robin) called me, after she received the tow order from dispatch, letting me know how far she was from us. When she arrived, her first concern was to make sure my daughter was safely in her cab before working with loading my vehicle. She was professional, kind, friendly, efficient, and caring for us as we traveled together to our destination.

Very inexperienced tow drivers. Should hire people with at least some mechanical abilities AND some sort of common sense. This review does NOT speak for all their drivers but it does speak for the kind of people Hollis Towing is willing to hire and let represent them!

Tyler and Vern were such a big help they was able to get out to help me in a matter of minutes and was very helpful and kind with excellent customer service! I just moved to Huber Heights and I will definitely be using them for anything I’ll need in the future 10/10 recommend them! Thank you so much guys!

They did a great job of get the car out of the yard and towing to my house. Even though Sandy's wouldn't even get out of his truck to even look at the situation and said he wouldn't do it unless it was on pavement. So I give hollis

We donated my husbands truck which was picked up today. Robin called approximately 40 minutes before we expected and was here in 10 minutes. We were very impressed by her professionalism as well as the way she handled the pickup physically. She could not have been nicer. Hats off to Robin today she did a great job!

I didn't wait to long, I hadna wonderful interaction, very courteous and helpful. I ever need to use a tow service that's local, this is it! Best in the Dayton area.

Vern is the best! I locked my keys, my phone, and my wallet in my car. When he arrived he was helpful and kind and able to get me back on the road quickly. Thank you for your help!

They deserve more than 5 stars with my breakdown 120 miles from home. I initially was told it would be 90 to 120mins before a truck would be available, but it was less than an hour when my truck was on the bed of the tow truck and headed home. Driver was awesome in every way and trip home was without incident. Thank you for a job extremely well done.

A gentleman named herm… told me suggested I go to a different company they would help me better on my situation. And that they did! I was offered more $for my car than from another website… Hollis towing only was told to tow my car.he went above and beyond to help me out. Good business. Great Staff.

Best tow company I have ever worked with. Long story short, driving from northern Michigan to Dayton Ohio, I broke down 20 min away from my destination. After going through hell with my insurance company I reached out to Hollis towing. I had two wonderful tow truck drivers, Robyn and Vern, who looked over my car and gave me a better understanding of what MIGHT be the problem and took me to the highest rated shop in town. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me. You took what could have been a nightmare of a day to a minor inconvenience. These individuals gave me their personal contact information and offered to help with anything needed aside from the tow. Being from Michigan, I talk a lot of s**t about Ohio, but I have noting but wonderful things to say about the individuals/company who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I've gotten tows from these guys a few times and they've always been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Robin has been a great help and I'd trust her any day with a tow.

Never had to get a tow before and didn't know what to expect. Quoted me a few hours. I expected the worst, but came within 30 minutes. Made the experience so much less stressful.
