5Selection is getting worse and worse it seems. I got charged full price for items that were on sale. They seemed lost and unsure how to cash me out and add the sale price so they charged full price.
I was a frequent customer of this store.until one day I went and they didn't have jeans of my size the cashier told me that she could order it by online and that she would arrive at My house! I waited 3 weeks and I never spoke and they told me to speak to the customer service because they couldn't find my order, call the customer service and they told me that my order was not made that was stamped as a shop purchase.when it wasn't like that! I never got the product and my money was not returned, I was scammed by a girl who did not know how to do her job
I always have a great experience here. The employees are friendly and efficient, and the clothes are styling and for the most part reasonably priced, until you get to some of the hoodies and sweats and stuff. Those are a little ridiculous. But other than that, fantastic visit every time.
