They tried to rip me off on a Mercury Marauder years ago. They wasted my time, as I waited days for the mechanic to finish fixing the heat and something else on the vehicle, and then when I would call them, no one would get back with me, and then finally they just said that they refused to fix it.

We recently flew to CVG from DCA to purchase a Class B motorhome at Holman and surprisingly enough, the experience was quite smooth. Our sales representative, Mr. Craig, did a wonderful job working with us. Mr. Craig was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mr. Craig went above and beyond for us since we were like more than 500 miles away.he needed lots of patience for me b/c I was really picky ;) As for others like the service manager Jim, people like Dan snd his team at the store, and the finance gentleman John, they all were very friendly, helpful and professional. Tom (in the picture) did the walkthrough for us and he's Awesome! We would highly recommend Holman RV/Buick GMC for your next purchase. Call Craig now and you won't regret it:)

Art and Paul were amazing to work with. They both stayed 1.5 hours past close to make sure my experience was seamless. They both worked until a resolution was found regarding the set up of the vehicle. Art was so calm and kind as he was trying to navigate the in vehicle set up process.

I truly appreciate their time and commitment to costumer service. Car buying can be very stressful, but I appreciate Holman Motors honesty and transparency, it makes the experience so much more “enjoyable”.

I was in the market for my first truck and worked with Tom Canmer. He was not pushy at all and very easy to work with. Test drove the truck on Tuesday and purchased on Thursday. Super easy!

Great they have always been very honest & helped by giving me a detailed explanation on why the engine light was still on from a mechanic at another business put in after market parts. So I took that person to court & won with the help from Holman.

We went to Holman GMC because of their excellent reputation and our familiarity. I was able to use my GM legacy on my order. Our salesman, Rusty Stegbauer, is all around fantastic. Rusty is very experienced and a treasure trove of information. He truly has customer satisfaction as a priority. He was excellent in explaining our choices of options. He took the time to get to know us and understand our needs so we could make the choices that best fit us. He knew we would be trailering a boat and a camper and he made sure we had everything on our truck that we needed to have a worry free experience. I'm sure Holman has many qualified sales people but I am so happy that Rusty was our salesperson. We called him prior to placing our order anytime we had questions and he always was happy answer our questions and guide us. He definitely went above and beyond. Even after the sale I feel comfortable contacting him if we have any Qs. It was truly good customer experience when that seems to more and more difficult to find.

Received such poor customer service from the guy at the desk by the front door. Our wants are unique but other places we went were at least friendly and had some helpful recommendations. This guy did not want to be bothered. Thankfully we found the perfect option elsewhere.

Bought a used Forest River Toy Hauler that we'd looked for everywhere,
at a great price. Our salesman, Matt Fritsch, was very thorough and worked hard to get us in and out as we had so much to do that day. We even look at some of the new and used trucks that were fairly priced, as well!

Since buying my vehicle from this dealership, I have driven 45 mins each way to have it serviced at each service interval for the past few years, all while bypassing another GMC dealership that is 3 miles from my home. They’ve generally been up to the task & have friendly service advisors, hence my loyalty.

Upon receiving my vehicle back after its service, as soon as I got in, I realized the oil life monitor hadn’t been reset as part of the service. That piqued my interest a bit, so then I scrolled through the screens and saw that no air had been added to the tires that were a few pounds low when I brought it in that day and as part of the tire rotation, the TPMS sensors hadn’t been relearned to reflect the correct tire position on the car.

I checked the service paperwork & sure enough, every box on the form was checked and “ok or green”, indicating the work had been completed. Clearly boxes were checked and the work was not done.

Then I noticed my brake pads were marked as being “good” and above 8mm left, even though on my previous visit for service I was told they were nearing needing replacement. Knowing that those both can’t be correct, I went back inside and shared my concern with the service advisor and she confirmed each of those were wrong and shouldn’t be expected. She offered no explanation of how that can happen, even after making a call back to the shop.

They took the car back in for another 45 minutes to look into those things and then when I got the car back for the 2nd time, there were grease/oily handprints on several points of the exterior and interior of the car that weren’t there before. Not small spots. Full sized hand prints on a pearl white SUV.

She also updated me and said the brake pads actually measured 3mm, which indicates a need to replace. That’s a big difference over being told they were OK initially. For someone that may not have been mechanically inclined, they may not have picked up on that or even known what it meant——and it could have resulted in a safety issue or contributed to an accident.

I have my car serviced at the dealership to avoid these exact scenarios which I’d almost expect to happen at a quick change oil place.

Now I’m left wondering if ANY of the other work was actually completed during my last visit. The dealership 3 miles from my house may now get the chance to pick up where Holman has left off. Literally.

Getting someone to call you back and help with issues is.well.non existent. Don't bother leaving messages because they won't be returned. We spent $171k in one day there and will guarantee our money won't go in their pockets again.
