I've been going to a bakery for over 50 years. It starts with a b. I have a new bakery.

I've always enjoyed donuts from Holtman's; we like to treat our kids once a month or so and come home with a random dozen for weekend breakfast. But the past 2 times we selected custard filled eclairs and blackberry jam filled donuts, the filling has been MIA. 1 of the 2 jam filled today was literally completely empty. It was still delicious, but it was NOT what we paid for. The other was overflowing with delicious berry goop, so it was clearly missed during that stage of preparation. Out of the 4 custard filled we bought, only 1 had ANY custard inside. Very disappointing. Whoever is filling the donuts needs to pay better attention.

Matthew and his staff always make the experience fun for my girls when they watch through the window! They get to pick which donut shop and after visiting here, they only want to go back!

Best donuts around. Great place. The lady who waited on me was funny as hell. I will go back now all the time.

The lady here always treats my daughter and I so well, her son works here also I believe and I think she is absolutely wonderful. Watched her hold her patience asking a customer the same question 3 times which was pretty impressive donuts are always great and there's a smoothie shop next door to even things out which we love!

Lack of filling, overpriced, unfriendly staff means I'll find find my sweets somewhere else.

The clerk wasn't the friendliest person. The good thing is, the product is higher quality than other locations I've visited.

Doughnuts where very good the help was absolutely the rudest lady I have been subjected to in a long time. It was Monday at 9am and business was dead so the rude older lady wasn't what I expected

Went in to holtman’s today to purchase a few donuts. Unfortunately they were out of several that I liked. So I made an attempt to purchase 1 maple bacon donut for 2.50 as I went to pay for it with my debit card the cashier tells me it’s a 5 dollar minimum purchase to use a card. I didn’t make the purchase not because I couldn’t afford it but because it’s the principle of trying to force me to purchase something else just to reach your minimum for card purchases. Won’t be getting anymore of my business

I got 2 donuts this morning, a cinnamon sugar & a jelly-filled, $5.90! Really, for 2 donuts? They were okay good, not the best I've ever had but for that price I won't be back.

The owner of this location needs to stop making the donuts here and give the duties to someone else. It is apparent that the owner at this location skims on flavor and quality in sake of a profit. The donuts are bland, undercooked and repetitive. Customer service, on the other hand here is always great. Visit the Loveland location for the best flavor and choice.
