Our server was great! Also had a live Cincinnati Bengals broadcast on site, so that added to the atmosphere. Although Go Chiefs! Would definitely return.

We were seated at a table outdoors and never had a server even make eye contact with us for an hour! My husband went inside to get us drinks. There were so many employees just hanging out doing NOTHING! There were 5-8 employees sitting at a table doing nothing and maybe 3 girls trying to wait tables. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Can’t rate the food because we had to go to another restaurant to get any!

Service is always slow on gamedays, the food is ok, the menu is limited, the beer selection is great and the atmosphere on gameday is awesome.

Ridiculous and another example of someone not doing their job. The manager who’s name ok I will it’s Nick I won’t use was unavailable for comment as to why he chose to play music vs put any game. It’s supposed to be a sports bar? ! I didn’t come here to listen to music.

If you are an out-of-towner and you are trying to catch your home team playing on TV, go elsewhere. Made my way to Holy Grail to watch my college football team, and after asking multiple times to have the game turned on, I was ignored. Each TV has a time schedule printed out underneath it with the game schedules, and from my experience I would say there was no intent to actually follow the schedule. I ended up watching the start of the game on my phone until I paid for my food and left to watch the game on my phone in peace back at my hotel.
Definitely not a "sports bar" unless you are watching the Reds or something local.

I went to a Reds game last Sunday and came here afterwards. It was a great experience until I woke up the next day to x3 charges for 1 bill, which made my account go overdrawn. I contacted them today and I was told I'd be reimbursed by my bank later this week, saying they knew their credit card setup has been acting up.

I understand there's issues at times, but to know the machine was messing up and not warning customers set bad in my stomach. Probably won't come back again even though I've enjoyed coming here in the past.

Went before reds game Saturday the hostess a short black girl with braids was very rude then we finally were seated out waitress was a tall girl with shorts on that were so short that it looked like she should be working in a strip club instead of a neighborhood grill with young children in UT the pizza we ordered was so greasy that we had to take napkins and sop up the grease we will not be back

I would definitely not go to this place to eat again. Food was a joke. Plastic forks and paper plates. Our salad came in a cardboard type bowl. The owner must be extremely cheap. The waitress did not come to our table once after delivering food. We were treated poorly. It appears my light skin tone was not welcome by our waitress.

Waiter was amazing but the food was horrible. We was a party of 9 and we didn't like nothing. We spent over 250 and nothing was good or worth the money. From the egg roll appizer, salad, nachos to our wrap sandwich and burgers. I was embarrassed i invited my family to come from out of town. We don't remember it being like this. Idk if me management or staff. But for the price we paid I was so upset. We tried getting condiments to make it better but was charged $1 per item.

Located directly across from GABP. Shannon was an excellent server. She was professional and courteous. Knows the menu and what to recommend. You definitely have a wise choice with the Patty Melt.

Was there for a "REDS" day game, place was packed, managed to get a table for 4 after ten minute wait. Server Shannon arrived immediately to take drink order, she was so polite and helpful, returned quickly with our drinks and took our food order. Although extremely busy, our food arrived very fast, and it was so fresh and good. Shannon refilled our drinks and she stopped back by twice to check on us. Everything was great and Shannon went above and beyond to make sure that our experience at the Holy Graile was a memorable one. We will definitely return and, of course, we will ask to be seated with Shannon. What fun my first time there was!

Told us kitchen closed at 9. We were there at 850 with a 18 month old. They closed at 1 am then someone different said the kitchen close at 845. Didn't want to take our order. Would have been in and out fast
