22I’ve had my hair cut by two of the stylists and the haircut is always spot on. I love that I can get my overgrown ear hair waxed off here and that they offer a free touch up two weeks after the cut. The decor is very minimalist hipster. The prices are a bit high for what it is. But at least the hair cut is reliably very good.
First time and a bit disappointing. 15 minutes behind schedule but nobody let me know, just told me to wait. Supposedly free drinks but nobody offered. 15 minute haircut for $40 (feels like my person was trying to catch up with her schedule). And the even though they knew it was my first time, nobody informed me of the free clean up that others have posted about. Anyways — nice enough hair cut to get the second star. But overall disappointed in lackluster customer service for a premium price.
