I can't say enough positive things about this service. The office is staffed with wonderful, responsive, and personable staff who are a pleasure to work with.
They respond to issues almost immediately.
They send the best professionals out on the call every time. Quickly and conveniently. Everything about them is 5/5.10/10. A+ etc.

I've used this company ever since I bought my home and almost anything that could have gone wrong with my dream house has gone wrong! With HSP every repair is a phone call away! Last year my furnace went out right before winter and the year before that my central air went out right before summer. I never have to wait, I never have to call and follow up. It's all just taken care of!

While they are responsive, they are responsive to tell you that what you are sending in claims for isn’t covered. A stand alone ice maker, not covered. The radiator that went out 7 months after purchasing my home…guess what? !? Only covered if you call them first and have ‘their’ technician come - so while you’re sweltering you better not call someone who can actually fix it, you should call their technician to come take a look to what I am certain would mean your claim wouldn’t be approved. A complete sham! Do not waste your money.

I have heard so many people say that home warranty is a waste of money and that it's only for piece of mind if even that. As a first time homebuyer of a +/- 100 year old house, I took the gamble and got a warranty under HSP. I'm glad I did. We have had two instance of things going wrong in our house (refrigerator and plumbing) and both times HSP has been extremely responsive and hasn't tried at all to do anything besides help us get the issue resolved. They are reachable, kind, and professional both on multiple phone calls and texts that I have had with them. All in all I'm grateful we got this warranty and did so through HSP.

I've had an HSP home warranty for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with them. I've had to use them a few times now and each time I've called with an issue they get back to me right away. The repair process from start to finish is amazingly simple. I even had to call them on Christmas when we woke up with no heat. They we're on it and luckily I was able to troubleshoot the problem so no service call was needed but just knowing they are always there for us is quite the relief. Top notch service from an amazing company is what you get when you choose HSP

My furnace went out over a weekend that also happen to follow on a holiday. I left a voicemail with HSP hoping to get somebody out soon. They got back with me within 30 minutes and continued to communicate with me until the service person reached out. My heat was back on 3 hours after my original call to HSP! Extremely impressed!

I wish I would’ve known about this company sooner. We’ve had two other homes with other warranty companies and this company by far surpasses those other companies. Customer service is amazing, it’s locally owned which makes it even better and it’s affordable for everything that they cover. We will continue to support this company as long as it’s around.
