Home2 Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

Clean and well maintained facility coupled with pleasant and friendly staff. The efficiency suites are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with high technology throughout. The swimming pool, fitness center, and Spin Cycle laundry facilities are very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Over all was a decent stay. Room was clean except for couch. Not sure why hotels have cloth furniture. We covered it with a sheet and all was fine. Laundry is free at this hotel which is amazing. However upon going to do our laundry one of the front desk ladies was doing hers. She used both washers and dryers from early morning until well into the afternoon.about 3: 30p. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6a during the week. One day it still hadn't been opened up at 6: 25a.so we didnt get anything to eat before work that day. Yet the front desk employee was just pacing the lobby. Coffee area was always filthy and yet front desk people would be on their phones, reading a book, pacing etc. Coffee was not fresh in the mornings. For the price you pay these things shouldn't happen. All the employees we encountered were friendly!

The whole town was very beautiful. I definitely love being able to walk in and see such a beautiful lobby and also having a beautiful suite, including a lot of channels and a wonderful bathroom 5 stars I definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends for sure

The only complaint we had is that you can hear the TV of other visitors. No consideration of others, folks don't realize they are not home. Turn your TV down and stop the kids from running up n down the hall.

Very clean rooms and hotel. My only complaint was that the DirectTV box is behind a cabinet door, which you have to open in order to use the remote. The staff is aware of the issue but no one bothers to tell the guests unless asked, or fix the issue.

The staff was very friendly. Reggie at the front desk was super sweet and knew his stuff. The rooms were nice and clean and I will definitely stay again.

Came on a business trip with coworkers. Front desk associate Angel was very knowledgeable and patient. Will be back again.

Only complaint is that the pool was closed for maintenance the night/day we were there. Friendly staff, great location, quiet, nice rooms!

The room was dirty and had food on the floor. The bathroom sink had dirt in it. The pilllowcases were fluffed up, but dirty. The couch was filthy and did not look sanitary. The front desk clerk offered to come and vacuum the room but was unable to move us because of lack of availability. I asked for a refund and informed her that I would stay elsewhere. She NEVER apologized and acted as if it was normal. I paid $39 extra and went to the Drury. An apology response is not needed. Just do better!

This hotel is perfectly centered between Beachwood with quick access to downtown Cleveland. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

Hello Everyone, I am the guy who reads reviews before booking a room anywhere. So when I tell you this was one of my best stays in a long time YOU CAN TAKE THAT TO THE BANK! Clean rooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking and most importantly I felt safe. Thanks HOME @ SUITES HILTON -YOU ROCK!

Enjoyed my stay here everything went smoothly. There was some difficulty communicating with housekeeping, because English was a second language. I found the staff to be very attentive to our needs.

Diamond member for 4 years rolling. I am a hospital inspector in the heart transplant/artificial hearts scope. Currently I rely on Hilton properties at least twice weekly in different states. I stayed at this Home2 Feb 21-23,2023 because the nearby Embassy Suites was substandard. On the morning of Feb 22, I finished a spin on the Peloton and was walking back to my first-floor room and passed a Hilton colleague in the food service area. I greeted the staff member with a "good morning" only to get a glaring stare in return. No worries.it was just before 06: 00hrs.
I had to leave the hotel by 07: 40hrs to get to Cleveland for business, and immediately realized I failed to print a document. In my haste, I made my way to the business center area with my USB drive to print the one-page document. I didn't see an available USB port, discovered the keyboard cable and disconnected it to insert my USB drive. I then heard a voice from across the packed lobby of patrons eating breakfast say, "Sir, you need to plug that cable back in! You can't do that because of security! " I turned to see the aforementioned food-service colleague making her way to me with a rushed pace.
Her dialogue continued: "You have to send your printer to the computer. You can't unplug any cable because of security. " I was confused and repeated her statement to clarify, "You have to send your printer to the computer? " She clarified and pointed to a small piece of paper on the lower left corner of the computer screen detailing the process of sending a document to a digital printer repository. It was so small that in my haste, I did not recognize it.
I plugged the keyboard cable back in, and now, running a bit late and quite flustered, I started walking back to my room to gather my gear and I inadvertently brushed the Hilton colleague's left shoulder. That only escalated her disdain for me and she began calling me out - in the lobby with patrons and Home2 staff. I disengaged from the dialogue and returned to my first-floor room. When I exited my room to finally leave, I noticed she was looking down the hallway. By then, I was unsecure that my belongings were safe.ultimately they were and it was my insecurity.
I love the Home2 brand and stay at the branches as much as I can.this one, and the Embassy Suites in Beachwood I'll avoid - and I'll be in this area annually.

Usually a fantastic hotel. This time around was a bummer:
1. -In room TV was terrible. It had some directv service instead of the usual streaming friendly tv. The direcTV remote “kind of” worked.
2. - in the lovby, their fire alarm kept going off for no reason. It was a very annoying beeping during breakfast.
3. -Breakfast and coffee bar. On top of the beeping, the sandwiches and omelettes are beyond crispy, I guess their heater is too high. The coffee bar’s water AND coffee were room temperature

After power was out at my home we had no choice with the frigid weather with my adult pregnant 7mos daughter whom was visiting for holidays to get hotel suite. We arrived after 11pm and was awaken since 4: 30am with truck I thought was snowplowing only to see after 2.5hrs later the truck is scraping the ground (not that much snow) and making his awful noise. I complained to front desk no manager until Monday morning and nothing can be done.terrible night.i hope power is back on

I stay at Hiltons around 100 nights a year and this is the first one I won’t return to. Everything was standard to the Home2 Suites brand but my room smelled like weed pretty badly and there was a few burn holes in the carpet.

Had a business trip that lasted three weeks. Great place to stay. Very clean and all the hosts, hostesses, cooks and room service personnel were very nice. Breakfast was great. Many options that included grits on Wednesdays and biscuits and gravy on Sundays.

Ample parking. Clean place to stay. Great amenities. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and bed us comfy with fluffy pillows. Location near many places needed on a trip. Safe area and highly recommend.
