They were quick to respond (Emily, thank you!), got a technician out and were able to get me squared away with a new, replacement appliance all in THE SAME DAY (Lilley, thank you!)! I called for my water heater leaking and the next day plumber Diagnosed the problem and by 12pm I had new water heater installed. I would recomend HomeGard to a friend.

This claim was for a plumbing kerfuffle, and our assigned vendor was Golden Touch Home Services. Bill Golden, the owner, showed up to do the work and was fast and super knowledgeable. We really appreciated his expertise!

Filed a claim on their website and they called me right away and got a tech out the next day. Then they followed up to make sure everything went well, they're quite nice to work with!

One of the best values around. I have had many issues after buying my home and they have been quick and on top of all my problems. Never had I once had to worry about fixing something out of my own pocket that cost a co-pay rather than thousands of dollars. Highly recommended to all.
