They didn't make me feel at all awkward or outcast. They explained things without unnecessary drama. I like them!

I really liked Hometown Urgent Care, the healthcare workers were all so nice and do courteous to me, much better than any of the surrounding Urgent Cares in the area. I will definitely go to Hometown Urgent Care again should the need arise.

Great experience with a professional PA Caleb M.who understood my pain and cared enough to provide immediate relief. I even asked if he could become my primary care provider. This is definitely an efficient and effective process from check in to payment to seeing a provider. If I need to see a “Doc” again this is where I will go.

The receptionist at the front is incredibly unprofessional. Tread with caution. As a medical professional I would steer clear of this place.

Everyone was professional, informative, helpful, and kind. I chose to come here since they accept medicaid, and I didn't want to deal with a potentially long wait at the ER. I did get lucky, and there were very few people in the waiting area. Short wait in the waiting room, then a short wait in the exam room. I think I was there for less than a hour in total. I highly recommend this location.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. Had a wonderful nurse who was clearly on top of things and a caring and compassionate physician. Will definitely return if their services are needed again!

Great alternate to expansive healthcare! If you’re a college student, you know the importance of a cheap but reliable doctors, look no further. For college students it’s $79 copayment without insurance. Everytime I’ve been here they’ve made sure I was promptly serviced and on my way within an hour. They’ve prevented my bronchitis from becoming pneumonia and I couldnt be happier!

Best Urgent care that I have been to! They actually have you participate in the exam so that you know why the diagnosis. Very knowledgeable staff. Other places dont explain they rush you out the door.

Dr. Crispin Barlatt and his entire staff are awesome. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Barlatt even gave me some great advice on planning my own medical career. They deserve more than 5 stars!

They always get us right in. Treat us great and send us on our way. My 4 year old was sick they treated us 15min till closing on a Saturday evening. I love the staff here.

I came in at the last minute after a very long day at work they stayed open for me and were very kind. The doctor listened closely and was very prompt. The nurses were very efficient and got the job done with no nonsense and did their job well. Thank you everyone and I will see you again just hopefully not soon.

To Guy, Aaron, and the whole staff at the Warren staff on Niles-Cortland Rd in Warren, Thankyou! Was in a jam to get a physical for work and needed to get done ASAP. Went to several places, and called dozens more, but no one would help me in my dire situation. These guys pulled through and helped me out. Some of the nicest people in the business. The good reviews for this place are well-deserved! Dr. Barlatt and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and treated me like family. I know that if any other problems should arise in the future I can trust Hometown and would recommend them to anyone.

Sat waiting for the doctor for over an hour and fifteen minutes, then demanded my copay be refunded and walked out. Ended up at Mercy Urgentcare. Do yourself a favor and go with a trusted group, this office seemed like a second rate operation.
