8I’ve bought 2 brand new Can Am Defenders from Vinny, and he’s a good dude. The other salesman Tyler is nice as well. That’s about where it ends at this shop. The service manager Tanya must have something on the owner to still be employed there. She’s the rudest most unfriendly person I think I’ve ever dealt with. I’m in the market for a 3rd buggy and I can honestly say Honda of Jackson will never get another penny of my money because of the service department.
Worst place to deal with. 3 different times this place has lost business from me and I wanted to do business locally but now ill gladly go to a dealer farther away from sales to parts
I bought a 2017 Can Am Commander I know it was used but I was told they went all through it, well i found out it had a bad wheel bearing, packed full of grease, a bad wheel hub, broken wheel studs, 3 out of 4 just the heads, wrong axle washer and a bad axle nut, not happy

I was broke down with a blown rear tire they sent a truck and trailer to pick us up put everything aside and put new tire on service was great it’s good to know you want to take care of people thanks for getting us back on the road
Well I'll start with I had to wait over a month to go down to the shop and what I mean I was so excited to look at the new Honda Fury. So today I finally got to go so I rode 100 miles for NOTHING! The salesman acted like he just didn't want to deal with me just stood there and basically talked to everyone but me. I was really interested in buying the fury. But with the way I was treated I'll take my cash somewhere else. I really hate writing bad reviews cause I always try to make a good out of every bad I run into but I truly was unable to find one good! Well at least I had a good ride today and will just have to find somewhere else to spend my money.
Dont ever order nothing over the phone I ordered a netural switch and a cdi box and ask the guy whichever one I didnt use could I bring it back because I wasnt 100% sure what the problem was I put the netural switch in it fixed it and they wouldn't take the other one back told me it says plainly on the receipt no electrical well why tell someone something and do the opposite so dont depend on them standing by their word it dont mean squat.and by the way the cdi box was the wrong one to start with I will drive to ashland before I'd spend $2.00 there
