Junior banana split was big enough for an adult. It was nice. Would be better if there was an indoor table.

The best hands down I stock up for weeks at a time get the pint or the quart trust me mix and match cant beat it!

Large selection of flavors and the scoops are big too. The waffle cone was really fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I bought the honey pecan ice cream today. It's always a favorite. Staff was friendly and this was at the original store.

I cannot say enough about the gingersnap caramel pumpkin ice cream OMG. It's so creamy and flavorful! Stopped here on a whim while visiting from out of town. If I'm ever back in Cleveland, I'll definitely make a point to stop by

Terrible Customer Service! I order a large pick up order and the website says I have until 9: 45 pm to pick it up and I get there at 9: 35 pm and the placed is closed down, the phones off the hook, and the girl at the window gives me the nastiest look and won't even let me get my ice cream that I paid for. Completely ruined a big surprise I was planning all because you have some rude, lazy workers who want to close the place down early. Completely unacceptable, I'd rather go to Zero Zest or something where at least they appreciate their customers! Your ice cream is overrated anyways and you stink!

Been coming here since I was a kid, I didn't move here until 2019. Now I get to bring my kids here. Always been my favorite ice cream shop.

July 2021: This place is highly recommended by many people. Even President Joe Biden, visited the Honey Hut to sample their famous ice cream. I ordered the honey pecan malt and was satisfied. Overall, this place lives up to the hype

Pros:
* Clean shop, spacious area for the staff to move without bumping into each other.
* Fame. Many people know about this place already.
* Super cool logo and bee mascot.
* If you like chocolate flavored ice cream, then is the best place to get it.hands down like 6: 30. They have a wide variety of chocolate (even some coffee) flavors to choose from.
* Delicious hand scooped ice cream.

Cons:
* It is always busy so be prepared to wait. Sometimes you have to wait for good things.
* Parking can be an issue during peak times.
* Flavors switch up regularly. The batch of premium flavors may not last long and will be replaced by another premium flavor. This is a good/bad thing because they have some really unique flavors.

My experience at honeyhut was decent and the ice cream was very good, the only negative thing i have to say is the the line was very long and most of the employees were working becides one lady wearing glasses in the back. She was just standing on her phone laughing while all of the other people were working. I’m not sure if she is a manager since she was wearing a different colored blue shirt, that just stands there and observes, but she could have at least helped out. As i got closer to the window i saw her only paying attention to her phone. I’m not sure how honeyhut is ran, but that doesn’t seem the most efficient.

I have been going to Honey Hut for the last 30 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They always have the nicest employees and the quality of ice cream has been the highest quality! I live 45 minutes away from them and I still will go out of my way to go and get their ice cream.

Some of the best in Cle…if you’re looking for hard ice cream at least. We always have to grab an extra pint to go because it’s so good
