Hooters, Mason OH

The POOREST SERVICE we have ever had a restaurant. The waitresses stated they were short handed and they had to help cook too.

The wings were good with the daytona sauce, the waitresses did a good taking care of our family & our one grand daughter on her 10th birthday

Food was good- place was pretty empty when we arrived. Only gave four stars due to wait to be seated- approximately 5-10 mins when there was no customers infront of us. Wait staff walking around but took a while for one of them to acknowledge us and seat us.

Server was friendly and sweet. The food was great and came out fast. We recommed the cheesy tots and their chicken wings

I can definitely say I thoroughly enjoy this place! The food is always excellent and I never have a bad experience here. I’m good friends with both of their calendar girls, Haley and Michaela, and they’re both the sweetest and kindest souls one could hope to meet. They always work very hard - all the girls do, I see it every weekend - and I can’t give them enough kudos for keeping so cool under pressure. I can assure you any negative reviews you may read about this place are mere anomalies; these girls go out of their way every day to give their customers, both new and regular, the best experience possible. It’s only natural that they might make a mistake or two every now and then; they’re only human, it’s in our nature to make mistakes. If you find yourself in the Mason, OH area (south of Kings Island), definitely stop in for a bite to eat (order the Wild West burger, it’s) and enjoy some great company, particularly Michaela and Haley

I was pleasantly surprised! It has been a long time since I have been to Hooters. The last time I was at Hooters they had changed the seasoning on their Original Wings and they were not as good. But Hooters opened a location pretty close to me so I thought I would give them another try. I saw they added smoked wings to the menu. I ordered the smoked wings with the Caribbean Jerk dry rub. The dry rub was jam-packed with flavor. They were some of the best wings I have ever had. The curly fries were well seasoned too. I am a fan of Hooters again.

We got some wings to go, the wings that we did eat were great. I went to reheat the left overs today and there is a feather on one of the wings. Very unappetizing!

I enjoy this place and wish it could come back to northern Ohio. Only time to visit it going to Kings Island. Yes the ladies are attractive but the wings are some of the best! I prefer the smoked wings in classic hot. Many other options I would like to try but there are no restaraunts in northern Ohio. Seafood seemed tempting. Salads were good but could use a bit more sauce. Please bring back to Northern Ohio

Hooters racing tweeted free pickles on Monday after Case Elliott finished in top 10 Sunday. However this location told me they don’t do this. I had been stopping in twice a week to eat there. Will be my last trip to this location. Will not eat at this location again

If call ahead or do Door Dash, be prepared to wait forever. Screw that place!

Edit: Thought I would give them another chance. Friday night, 9: 00, me and 3 other customers sat at the entrance for over 30 minutes (before we all cancelled our orders) and not ONE waitress came up and asked us to sit o (we could have been dine in) the names on our orders were, nothing. I cancelled my order (15$ tip) because I couldn't sit there any longer. Called DD to b give them feedback. Unbelievably bad service.

We are literally sitting here it took forever to have a server come get our drink order and to get our drinks. It will be a miracle if we get our food.

The buffalo shrimp in the Teriyaki sauce were so good and perfectly cooked, that the wings were the perfect cherry on top!

The food was great, wings done perfectly and delicious. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff was friendly and chatty. Would love to stop in again if I'm in the area.

We got to hooters 30 mins after opening. There was 1 person seated. It took our party of seven 1.5 hrs to get wings salads fried and crablegs. The manager apologized for being extremely short staffed. They did not offer and sort of compensation for the inconvenience i was very disappointed in the food as well. It wasnt hot when it came out

Driving home to Cleveland picked up wings for the ride. They're right off the freeway. Very convenient. And the wings are the BOMB.

Didn't eat while I was there. Just went to watch basketball and have a couple beers with a friend. I can't remember our servers name, but her and all the other staff I entertained with were very nice.

That place is fake and all they want is ur and EYE candy it's lost the comfort for my family if we actually liked the food not worth the price and for what kinda embrassing for my family

Very bad service. Took 1 hour and a half to get appetizers and it came with the meal. Also the cheese cake took 15 minutes to get
