Hooters, Springdale OH

I do a lot of traveling, I've visited plenty of Hooters locations around the midwest & this location has a layout close to perfection. I ordered carryout & Maya took my order, I've never experienced such amazing customer service. Her kindness made my day. Food was delicious. Thank you Maya.

Food is excellent. The waitress though, ruder then rude. Order was messed up and when asked, she said she didn't hear it that way and next time to speak up.
Like excuse me. Will just travel to the Mason location next time.

Ordered wings to go and I get back to work and the wings are swimming in 2 inches of sauce in the bottom of the container. Not good at all

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because their wings are my favorite, which is why I keep subjecting myself to sub-par customer service. Every time we go in, the waitresses could care less, and the manager is very rude. Food takes forever to come out, and when it does, it’s either not correct or been sitting so long it’s cold. Tried to carry out, and that experience was a joke as well. Going forward, I guess we’ll drive the extra distance and try the Mason Hooters, which is unfortunate due to the fact that this one is so close.

Good food always.also got a BlackBerry Long Island Iced Tea.best mixed drink I have had in a long time. Hats Off to bartender!

The thing about hooters is the exploitation of young women in order to sell some food isn't a good look. But honestly forget about the costumes. The food is actually quite delicious. Honestly the seafood is good and they have phenomenal steamed vegetables. It's a bit pricey but who cares its a novel restaurant that needs to have more confidence in the food as opposed to relying on the girls. Also this location has FILTY bathrooms.

Someday restuarants will learn they have to provide customer service 101 training to customer facing staff. I do not care how pretty you are, if you disappear, fail to make eye contact, have a robot type attitude and are generally inattentive, the restuarant will suffer. Decent food cannot overcome poor service. People wonder why these places fail. Hint, it's not the menu or location, its thinking a pretty face replaces customer service principles.

Horrible experience. No AC, 40 minute wait for food even though they weren't busy, decided just to get drinks and they still messed up the order.

This place was so nasty waitress keep sitting down while we was waiting or running to second bathroom stale food was gross after 1 1/2 wait beer was disgusting and ran out of everything

Restaurant had less than a dozen people, yet a 40 minute wait on food. The air conditioning was broke, they were "out of kid menus" and the waitress couldn't remember what the kids items were. Be a long time before we go back.

Cold wings after 45+ minutes. Signature item. Should have read the reviews. Horrible service and some creepy dude walking around oogling the waitresses. Watched a whole MMA fight, at least it was good.

Got sat was told server would be right with me. 8 mins later still no service. Store wasnt busy and the servers was just sitting at random tables talking to guest.

Good food. Lots of it. No air. Poor wait time to sit, with no being very busy. Poor wait time for drinks and get started.

It's been a little while since eating there, but I pick up Uber Eats for a few people and they are happy with the food they get for the money.

Service was horrible as well as the portion served was messages and an hour late. I won't return to that location again ever ️

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Disgusting food at ridiculous prices, was there for almost 2 hours after they were out of half the menu and completely forgot to bring one of our meals. Disgusting.

Their wings use to be much larger but with the new owner that changed years ago. I still go bcs the flavor of the sauce is still very good but the wings are very small for the amount you pay.

95 degrees out, no AC. Out of crab legs. Bathroom has more grease on the floor then the fryer does in it. Waitress needs a pen and pad of paper. Can u leave a half star? Definitely last visit!

Great customer service. Was picking and order up for doordash and within five minutes I was asked if I've been helped by three different employees and had my order. Thank you for the quick service.
