2Went there a few Wednesday nights in a row, because I work on Sundays now and can't make either service. Some men of the church made me feel welcome, but not a single woman of the church ever even greeted me. The first week I went, the pastor was away. But since he's been back, never came over and welcomed me. So overall, felt unwelcome. They also get somewhat political, which has no place in the church and is why I left the last one after 5 years. The search for another King James Bible church continues.
Great Bible believing and preaching church. Traditional services, hymns, and an emphasis on trying to genuinely worship the Lord. Friendly congregation of people who have become an extension of my own family. Special thanks to Pastor Jonathan Marshall, his wife Jessica, and the rest of the staff at Hope Baptist Church.
