Make sure you read the contract. You will not be financing to own your bike. It is considered a lease and at the end of your lease term you have 3 options. 1.turn it in to them and waste all that money. 2. Re-lease it again (still won't own it) 3. At the end of it you have to pay a lump sum of money all at once to own it. Also throughout the time you will be leasing the bike the will not report any payments to the credit bureau. If you want a bike just go to harley or anywhere you will be financing to own

Horsepower is an awful company! Changed due dates without notice, ran debit cards multiple times a month either taking out too many payments or making the bank flag it as fraud repeatedly, never reports on your credit like it’s supposed to either. Customer service is a joke!

I volunteered to return a motorcycle, and they never gave me the opportunity to get it back, but have instead of tempted to enforce their lease agreement to the amount of $9000.10 minutes.

Every time I’ve ever had an issue with them I’ve always had it resolved whether it’s needing my money back to pay other bills or needing my lease agreement to register my bike. Literally any issue I always had such a great time with them. Especially Tricia, she’s helped me out so much we’re almost best friends seriously tho this is the best financial company I’ve ever worked with and wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. Took over 2 months to get my tags to me, and the bike had way more problems than what was disclosed ahead of time. Also, the emails, texts, and phone calls all day when a payment is due (or past due) are harassment-level in frequency. They also do not respond to emails.

I had posted a lower rating, but a lot of that was due to issues with the bike, which would be on the dealership. Issues I had with Horsepower Financial are being worked on or have been resolved. Once the website is fixed to be able to access balance and payment history, this rating will be better. They haves worked well to resolve issues I’ve had.
