Had a hydro leak on bobcat, they were quick to show up at my shop, but couldn't replace rubber hydro line because it had a few bends in it. Said it was line they can't do. I expected them to go get the appropriate replacement, but I ended up getting the hose and replacing it myself the next day.
I was in need of a hydraulic hose/connector replacement on a Saturday…and Randy was there. He had my Bobcat back in service in less than an hour. As a result the work I was planning was able to continue vs.me waiting for Monday morning to get a repair. Thanks! A+ rating from me!
