4My father was under hospice care in Sept 23. While there he tested positive for covid. Once he tested positive his door was to remain closed at all times. They put a baby cam in his room and the nurses barely came in. Housekeeping never came in for over a week till I finally asked if someone could wash the filthy floor. My father did not die with dignity at Hospice of the Western Reserve. I would think after 3 yrs they would have gotten their act together regarding covid. It is a shame because before this I held them in high regard
From the nurses to the security guard they all do God's work. The LaMalfa family has been emotionally and spiritually moved by the people and service we have received.
Our nurse Tina was truly a blessing for our family. We couldn’t ask for a more compassionate, kind, and genuine person to help us through the journey of losing our loved one. Thank you for all you have done
This beautiful place was where my mom and dad spent their final days. If you want to know where angels are, they work here every day.
The compassion and love they demonstrate on a daily basis, caring for those in the final days of their lives, moved me to tears.
