Great place to get some healthy food fast. Other than a couple that need to learn how to fold a burrito all the employees in there are great. All around good food and good people
The food is good here when it's cooked right. Occasionally, the rice is chewy and the chicken has burnt edges, but only once in a while. Fast Service.
Great choices of well prepared, delicious Mexican cuisine. Fast and quality service. Meals are almost more than you can eat in one sitting. So I take it home for another meal and it is delicious reheated. Friendly employees.
Always a great place to eat. The food seems to be fresh and the service is very fast. I do live all the different flavors you can get in your burrito.
Worst tasting food ever. Steak wasn't cooked right. There were three high school girls working. There were no onions or pepper but they were cooking some. They told me they were ready and I said ok. They were not even cooked all the way. Steer clear of Hot Heads.
Food is always good, had gotten coupons in the mail and heard an advertisement on radio for the new nachos and when I ordered them they said they dont do them and have some excuse.
Unfriendly, pop machine and ice machine both had mold and dirty charge you for things you don't order.for was seasoned as if they were feeding an old folks home.looks are deceiving
The food was yuck.the meat tasted left over from yesterday reheated, dry and chewy. The worst part is when I called and spoke to the manager. Rude woman. Won't waste my money here again. Food can be fixed however being rude to costumers is uncalled for

Pleasant, helpful staff. Veggie burrito is large but I didn't find it to be as good as I had hoped. Maybe I'll try different things in the next one.
The girl at the counter taking my order wasn't listening to me. Told her I wanted extra beans not extra meat. The meat tasted over cooked. It was nasty. Plus when I told the girl this she seemed annoyed. I was like it's your fault for not listening. She didn't charge me for the extra meat but still I really didn't want it. The service there sucks every time I go in. They are slow and really don't care. I guess I'm done with Hot Head.
I think if the owner cared more they would be at the store more and see how there business is being ran. If I owned that store I would be there everyday making sure that all my food is cooked to perfection and customers are greated. This is a sad business that needs to leave Germantown and get a Chipotle or a Chick fil A.
