Hot Head Burritos, Springfield OH

Yesterday I was given a meal far from what I ordered. I contacted the assistant manager just to offer awareness. I did not want or need anything, as I ate what was given ro me. The manager was very nice and professional and insisted I allow him to replace the meal even though I refused.tonight I went through and placed my order and the crew did a fantastic job. Thank you Kyle and the employees that are working tonightGreat job and thank you again!

Unfortunately since we got there shortly before closing, their choices were limited. Food was good.

Love hotheads. Totally better then its competitor lol never hungry afterwards. The teriyaki sauce is the best! Love the steak and the new veggies. The squash and zucchini are an awesome touch to any of the options. I love doing the quesadilla but also like tye nachos. Annnnd now I'm hungry lol

Portions vary widely, never sure if a bowl will be enough for dinner or enough for dinner and lunch the next day.

Ordered online lil bowl double meat had almost no chicken on it waste of 10 bucks. Hothead is usually 5 star but this location not so much.

I ordered on line and picked up at this restaurant. The order was ready when I got there, as it always is. It was good. The reason I took off one star was because it was dry. Couldn't taste the sweet habanero sauce nor the lime juice. Portions are always generous.

Moved to Springfield a few months ago, my wife likes Hot Head over Chipotle but after the last 4 visits to this location that may change. The last 4 times I have been to this location they have been out of basic items (white rice, cheese and sauces). Service is so so last trip a long line and the manager came out to put out business cards then disappeared back into the office.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very receptive and the food they offer is so yummy. I never decline to have a good meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Went to the one on Deer Rd because the last time we went to the one on Tuttle Rd they seemed a little weird. Should have asked for extra meat though this time a they didn't really put much on mine. They really skimped on the meat.

I have been going here since they opened, always great service and amazing food. I get a burrito with white rice, pinto beans, chicken, fajitas, Pico, corn, Verde, Hot Head sauce, cheese and lettuce.

It was average.our order was half finished when the employee walked away to do something else.and never came back to finish.

Staff was very patient in allowing me to select my meal. I was not familiar with the menu. They were very informative and even offered a taste test of the spicy steak sauce. ()

Generally a great location. Fantastic customer service. The doors are heavy though, of course the employees have no control over that. I have a bruise on my arm from getting hit by the door. Be careful.

Was going to get sour cream but i didnt because it looked like a yellow color, the lettuc i had was not fresh, the menu says they have taco meat but they didnt, and the menu also said "queso" which i wanted but they also did not have. Needless to say, i did not get what i wanted at all. Should have just went some place else. Will not be back. Thats for sure!

Pretty good.minus the random onions throughout my burrito that i didn't want on there really ruined it, I assume it's mixed in with the lettuce, bad move.

Food is excellent, but the new containers (cardborad) soak up any juice, leaving food dry and tasting kind of like cardborad.

Terrible customer service. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. And half the time they mess my order up.

There service should have been better as to my own knowledge being the only black adult there at the time. And the rice, what happened?

Worst experience ever. When I called to complain the shift manager Sara was incredibly rude. Possibly racist.
