Hot Head Burritos reviews
13I got a chicken bowl. OMG It was sooooooo good. Very very filling. I can't wait to go again, so I can try something else.
Here's your review! It was the "most bland" tasting steak burrito I've ever ordered from you guys! Wasnt impressed at all!
Rude staff. Dirty sauce bottles. Abuse of employees by management. Location should be closed. Health dept has been called. OASHA AS WELL. Food borne illness possible.
Service was fast and the workers were so nice and on top of everything! Hands down the best hothead I have ever been to and they have so many sauces to choose from.
The only Hot Head in my area I’ll go to! The employees are always nice to me. They always have fresh food. Also I love that this location has ghost pepper sauce!
This Hot Head be closing 20-30 minutes early all the time. I was kinda salty last night. Got their at 8: 45 with the doors locked and they were all just looking at me from inside lol
I’ve never left a bad review in my life. That being said I’ve eating at this hot heads location for 4 years and loved it till now. They lost a couple really good employees. Now the current staff is rude, and they rush you through the line with a bad tone in there voice. Even when it’s only my self in line, I’m still rushed through the line. If you go in 2 hours before close they are out of things and won’t make any so don’t bother asking. For example the fajita (peppers and onions) they won’t make any if they are out and it’s 2 hours before closing. Really going down hill.
I used to like Hothead better than Chipotle, but that was back when I lived in the Beavercreek/Fairborn area. My food was the only redeeming factor here. My girlfriend and I got takeout, and it was just an okay experience. The two workers were quite unenthusiastic. My girlfriend got the deluxe quesadilla, and the guy took it out of the oven before the timer was up, which I've never seen anyone do at any Hothead. It led to the quesadilla being under-toasted with unmelted cheese. I'll probably come back though if the Brown St.location gives us another bad experience, but that'll be a while since I prefer Chipotle at this point.
Deal was 2 for 12.99 at 5pm. Got there at 4: 55 asked if okay they said sit down and wait. Like I get it starts in 5minutes but why make a customer sit here when there is 0 other customers in the store and wait over 5minutes just do the deal. Dayton location by UD was a much better experience.
I just ordered from here off of grub hub and i ordered a small bowl and there was a thick piece of string in my bowl. I think people should pay attention to what is put in their food when it’s prepped. I have worked at a hothead before and it’s not hard to make sure nothing falls into customers food. I’ll be avoiding this restaurant for now on.
Great visit to this location. Tried the Southwest Steak bowl. Lots of flavor with a little heat! Topped it off with a Brookie treat. Friendly staff and clean establishment.
Both of our burritos were cold and the chicken was hard. Overall horrible experience do not recommend this location to anybody.
It's kind of okie-dokie food but the time I was there, the place was clean and staff answered all my questions since I was looking for vegan food options.
